"Okay Sheila, I'm pretty sure that this is the place." Kendra exclaims.
"Okay then, let's go inside then Kendra." I say. As we walk inside, I see hair clips, feathers, hair dye, brushes, a mini bath tub just for your hair, and you know, normal barber shop stuff.
"Oh hey Kendra, I didn't think I'd be seeing you here. What do want Kendra, a big bun or something." I ask.
"No Lauren, I really don't, but Sheila wants to do something with her hair, she doesn't really want the bun though." Kendra says to Lauren.
"Oh yeah, your the new girl right? My names Lauren, my bunk is right above yours." Lauren says.
"Yeah, that's nice Lauren, but what can you do with my hair." I ask.
"Oh, yeah, I think there's a book that says the different hairstyles I can do, now where was it." Lauren says as she goes through about ten cabinets until she finally finds it.
"Okay Sheila I finally found it here you go." She says as she passes me the book. As I look at it, I see everything, from short boyish hair cuts to beautiful buns, and pink hair.
"Umm, I think I'll take the little ladies pyramid long hair." I request.
"Oh sure Sheila, that is going to look so good on you, but first do you want any highlights or something?" Lauren asks politely.
"Umm, no thanks Lauren." I reply as Lauren starts cutting my hair.
The little ladies pyramid long hair, or as I like to call it, the LP, it's when they make the back of your hair like a triangle and they give you a little bit of a side sweep in the front.
"Yeah, Sheila, this is going to take a little longer, so you can go to sleep if you want."
Lauren says.
"Well, Okay." I say.
* * * *
When I wake up, Kendra, passes me a mirror, so I look in it.
"Wow, Lauren this is really good!" I say.
"Oh thanks Sheila." Lauren replies.
"Well, Sheila, I think we should probably get going." Kendra says.
"Yeah sure, since I still have to find a job." I say.
"Well, Sheila, if you want a job so badly, you could work here? We pay 10.4* per hour?"
Lauren asks.
"Sure, but what would I do here?" I say.
"The same thing as Lauren does, do people's hair." Kendra says.
"Yeah, that sounds fun." I say.
"Okay Sheila, if you want the job, sure you can start tomorrow, at 10:15am, but your going to be working with Patricia, she works here too." Lauren says.
"Okay Lauren, bye." I say.
"Okay bye I guess." Lauren says as me and Kendra walk out.
"So Sheila, you exited for your first day at work tomorrow?" Kendra asks.
"Yeah, I guess so Kendra." I reply.
