Miraculous One-Shots

I will never be alone again.

"I'm worried about you," said Chat Noir.

When he asked to sit down and chat, Ladybug didn't anything of it. She assumed he wanted to go a new tactic to taking down Akumas.

"What's there to worry about. I'm okay." He shook his head. "No ladybug, I know that since Master Fu made you guardian, you been more stressed. I know him leaving made you scared of what's going to happen next. I'm worried about you. I can see you slowly being drained of your smile. I know how much losing our other teammates and the guardian's book did to you. Please, ladybug. Tell me what's wrong. I'm worried."

Looking at Ladybug's eyes, he could tell that she was close to crying. He tentatively opened his arms. She slowly sank into his embrace. Holding her to his chest, she sobbed. She couldn't help it.

"I can't be happy with anyone. I constantly have to be on alert. I can't tell my best friend why I'm exhausted at night. I have to lie saying it's insomnia, in reality, I can't sleep because of my endless nightmares. I can't tell the guy I love him due to me being terrified I might get akumatized because of his rejection. I miss so much school as is without being Ladybug. Now, my grades are dropping and I can't even explain why I'm not here for class. I'm so alone. No one understands! It's not fair, Chat. It's not fair!"

"Ladybug," he said after she was done talking. "What it be easier if you had someone that understands. Someone that listens. Someone that can cover for you when there is an Akuma. Someone that can help gets you notes for when you miss class."

Her puffy red eyes reached his. She searched his face for a joke or a hint to his puzzle.

"What are you saying,"

I'm saying we no longer have Master Fu, but we still have each other. We could reveal our identities and you could finally have someone that understands you. I don't need you to worry about Hawkmoth and being akumatized when you have me. I will always be here for you. I don't want you to feel pressured about revealing. I know how big of a deal it is. I just want you to be okay. I want to be able to see your smile, the same smile that reaches your eyes. I want you to be okay.

Leaning back onto him, Ladybug whispered in his ear.

"My name is Marinette Dupain Cheng. I live on 12 Rue Gotlib. I go to school at Françoise Dupont High School. My favorite color is pink. I one day want to work in fashion."

Chat Noir pushed her back until he was able to see her eyes.

"Marinette, my name is Adrien Agreste. I live in a mansion across town. I go to school at Françoise Dupont High School. My favorite color is green. I one day want to be able to model for your designs."

Marinette cried even harder in his arms.

"Adrien," her voice broke. "Chat Noir"

"Marinette, he paused. "Ladybug."

"I finally found you."
"I will never be alone again."
