Chapter 4
It’s been a few weeks and things aren’t going to good, Eric and I fight alot, Morgan and Lies try and keep me away from sharp pointy things and L.C is not helping by telling me off alot. I glanced over at Lies poking at her over sugared lucky charms cereal. She had her hair messy but brushed, she had on my blue t-shirt. I didn't mind. I noticed Eric was sitting in front of me, his hair was spiked and he was wearing a black t-shirt. He was eating bacon, eggs, sausage and toast with a cup of coffee. He glanced up at me every once and a while. L.C sat beside me so did Morgan so I was in the middle of the booth like table. Lies sat across from me to my left so she was on the outside and Matt sat across from me to my right, and Colin sat in the middle of all of us. Normal grumpy morning chitter chatter filled our table. I scooped a spoonful of over sugared lucky charms that Lies got me, she liked over sugaring her cereal and I like mine like that too so she got ours.
"Renta should know about that, she seems to like that show." Morgan said to Matt. I propped my head up "What?" I said tiredly.
"Matt thinks that Bill tries to kill Sookie in true blood season three." Morgan said sipping her coffee. I frowned and raised one eye brow at Matt.
"What?" He sleeked shrugging.
"Bill does not try to kill Sookie. At ALL." I remarked remembering that True Blood was my favourite show on HBO. I sighed. I clamped down on the sugary cereal. Matt's mouth opened
"Than who does? try to kill Sookie?" Matt asked confused.
"Bill’s marker." I said. Matt nodded and went back to eating. I played with my shoes, sliding it on and off a few times. I finished eating the cereal and began drinking my coffee.
"Hey you guys there's been a permission slip sent out for a trip to New Orleans, and well I think we should get away from New York for a while and Renta's offered us a place to stay." Lies said gulping hard on a mouth full of cereal.
"Yeah let’s chew it." Colin said with a full mouth. I laughed.
"Yeah my Grandma won’t mind if we come to stay at her ranch for a while. But we need to do what ever, and I need to call her." I said. I looked around to see that there wasn't alot of students just a few here and there. But our group was the second biggest next to the fake Barbie’s and Kens. Morgan was standing up and pulling my arm. "Renta lets go, we gotta get dressed." I slid out and walked with the two girls. I wasn't wearing my shoes, I was in my bare feet, the stone under my fleshy feet felt nice and cool although I can't tell temperature differences. We walked through the court yard, it was dark but it had lanterns that late the paths. I looked up at the quarter moon that late the night sky. I could hear the chitter chatter of Lies and Morgan. I felt like the night engulfed me, with its cool of the fall air. Lies and Morgan went through a door. I followed, it led to the dorm room. We walked up the stone cold stairs. I sighed stopping outside our room. I could hear some whimpers and sobs. I knew what they were feeling.
"Shiz I forgot my key." Morgan cursed patting around her pockets. She looked at Lies who was doing the same thing; Lies looked up and shook her head.
"I don’t have a key." I said.
"But I do know how to pick a lock." I said taking the bobbin pin out of Morgan's hair. I knelt down and started at the lock. There was a loud click.
"voowaalaa." I magically said opening the door to our room. Morgan helped me up. I looked around
“Wait aint it Sunday?" I asked opening my dresser drawer. Morgan blushed and half smiled at me. I toke out a graphic tee and some sweat pants. I wasn't bothered by changing in front of my room mates, I undressed with my back towards them. I didn't notice that my phone had one missed call on it. I glared down at it not wanting to know who called me now. I backed away and went to the bathroom. Lies was brushing her teeth. I glanced at her and her moter activated tooth brush. I turned the water on and rinsed my green tooth brush, I opened the crest pro health tooth paste and squeezed it onto my tooth brush. I closed the lid and began to stroke the brush along my teeth.
