Lauren POV: I called an outpatient surgical clinic in Sherman Oaks called Beverly Oaks Surgery to schedule an appointment to have my tubes tied and I was able schedule the procedure for the same day which was great. They told me to wear something comfortable. So I told Ryan and he said great let's go.

I put on a sweat outfit and grabbed my big purse and cellphone then we get into my car & drove to the clinic which is about 15 mins away from our house and we pulled up to the clinic

I'm a lil nervous but it's going to be worth it. We parked our car then get out and lock the door and walk inside I was met with receptionist and she was nice and asked me my name and I gave a false name cuz I didn't want to leak into the media somehow so I said Vanessa Smith and so she said okay Ms Smith you can wait in the lobby area my appointment was for 8 am which is perfect because there weren't any patients there yet. So I go in the surgery room and the doctor put me to sleep and she went in and did the surgery and it only took in hour and 15 mins then she let me rest and I woke up 40 mins later I was healing she told me I would be in pain for a about a day or two because the procedure was not as intense and after the pain goes away I could have sex whenever I wanted I also don't have to worry about taking birth control pills or needing to have condom on ever again when having sex which was great. She also said if I was feeling better I could get dressed and leave when I was ready to do so after she left out of the room then I took my hospital gown off and got redressed & I put on my vans slipons and surprisely I wasn't really in a lot of pain and went to the lobby and I said you ready baby & he said definitely babe. We leave and go home and relaxed the rest of the day & evening then went to bed that night.
Ryan POV: After the surgery we went home I'm surprised she's healing pretty fast so we just decided to relax and not really do anything then we decided as a spur of the moment to get married at the courthouse the next day with her bestfriend in attendance so we just decided to keep it simple she's going to wear a jumpsuit & I'm going to wear slacks & button down shirt.
