Jennie POV
Wow.
The House was beautiful. Sahjang-nim said that it was pretty but not this pretty. The house was built in a fairly short amount of time, but it came out amazing. It had white walls with a stark black door. It had a three-car garage and a huge outdoor space.
"Wah! Such a beautiful house!" Rose screamed excitedly, in her gorgeous Australian accent.
"Yes, it is so great. It... is so... grand!" Jisoo unnie said, slowly. I beamed at her. Her English was definitely getting better.
" Yah, so pretty. Suni unnie, how many bedrooms are here?" Lisa asked.
I turned to Suni unnie. She was our general manager, for approximately 2 years now. She was only 5 years older than us, and was a great friend to us girls.
"Yeah, this house has 6 bedrooms; four for you guys each, and two guest bedrooms"
I piped up, "Where will you sleep, unnie?"
She smirked. "There," she pointed to a smaller but equally-as-modern house to the right of ours.
"Only you?!"
"Yes, Rosie, only me, and iKon's and Treasure's managers," Suni unnie said. "Speaking of iKon, here they come now!"
We saw the van carrying the iKon boys as we walked up to their house to greet them. The boys looked somewhat shocked, but regained their composure quickly.
"Annyeong oppas!" we bowed. We were close to iKon, and they were like our brothers. They were the label mates who were as frustrated, maybe even more so during the "reign" of "Papa YG". They hated him after what they did to their leader, Hanbin.
"Hey Lisa, Jennie, Rosé, Jisoo! Are you guys excited for school?" Bobby joked.
"Yah, oppa! But yeah, sure I guess..." I trailed off. The girls and boys looked at me. Luckily, iKon didn't seem to notice my dejected face, except Bobby. I knew that Bobby would come over later tonight. He was my therapist and my guy best friend after Kai broke up with me. I had a feeling I would have to tell Bobby about him too.
"Well, nice seeing you guys!" Chanwoo screamed. They followed their manager into their new house, gawking at the marvels. Bobby turned around and glared at me. I gulped, and his eyes softened. I acknowledged his eyes and turned around to go into our mansion. Bobby was being Mr. Overprotective again.
"Okay...," Chae said breaking the silence. "Let's go?"
"Let's go!" said Suni unnie.
We stepped inside the house and gawked at the beautiful staircase at the entryway. The house was obviously much, much bigger than it looked on the outside. After putting our shoes away, Jisoo unnie ran to the kitchen; she gasped. We gasped with her. The room was huge, and included our ginormous kitchen, with all the newest technology and appliances. The dining table was next to it, somehow looking quaint and classic in this modern room. Then there was the living room, big enough to hold a movie theatre. And the television, it was magnificently huge.
"Close your mouth or you might catch flies." Suni unnie joked. "Anyways bitches, wanna see your rooms?" It was normal for us to call us the b-word, when we were alone of course. We all were friends anyways.
"Yes, unnie, please, I can't wait!" Lisa pleaded, with her aegyo. I laughed.
"Chill, maknae. I haven't seen this house yet. Boss just told me your rooms are upstairs. Let's go!"
The five of us ran to the stairs and went upstairs. Even if this trip didn't work out, at least I stayed in this freaking-dream of a house.
The upstairs was divided into three sections. Two sides were with 5 bedrooms (one being downstairs) and the other side was recreation. I'll go check that side later.
"Unnies, come on!" we followed the maknaes as we saw one section with Rosé and Lisa's names, while the other section had mine and Jisoo's.
We split up and I entered my room. It was simple, but gorgeous.
(I will leave it to your imagination :)
Time Skip: Night
It was around 7pm at night. The girls and I had set up our rooms and then explored the rest of the house with Suni unnie. I was on my phone in the living room when I heard a knock.
"Who is it?" I screamed.
"Jenjen, it's Bobby!"
I opened the door to reveal Bobby oppa, dressed in casual attire. We were friends so it was no problem that he dressed in pajamas. He was also only a month older than me, but I called him "oppa" out of respect. Our relationship was purely platonic, but we still didn't hang out with each other in public to avoid shipping rumors.
"Jennie, hi!"
"Oppa, hey!" I seemed cheerful. But I knew what he was here for. Another therapy session.
"Where are the girls? Also your house is so pretty, but ours is better" he joked.
"The girls are in their rooms for now. Do you want to meet them?" I still avoided his eyes.
"Jennie, look at me" He was serious. "Where do you want to have the talk?"
"In the guest room, let's go." I grabbed his arm and led him to the guest room. There were chairs but we just sat on the bed.
"So, Jennie, I saw that look. I know you are hiding your sadness. You don't want to be here. I mean, you want to have a vacation, but you are hiding something. If it's someone, I'm here for you, and to protect you." He said assuringly.
I debated on telling Bobby. Bobby didn't know about him. But I needed someone to spill my feelings out too. The girls knew, but I didn't want to ruin their much-earned vacation. Bobby, I love the guy, and I think he'll understand. Also, he's my therapist.
"So, there's a guy, or at least... there was a guy..."
Flashback and Guy Reveal in next chapter!
