Third Person

A soulmate is said to be a person that loves you for who you are. Who'll stick with you until death rips you apart. How do you find out who your soulmate is? Through your vision. Your eyes. The door to your soul. You got a blurry sight, you can't see sharp nor will you be able to see powerful colors. You need to wear glasses, contacts to see everything. But if you want full sight, then you need to find and kiss your soulmate. The person who completes you, completes your vision. Opens the door to your soul...

A stupid bet. He's found his soulmate because of a stupid bet. Sakusa wasn't really that 'I bet you...' type of guy, but when someone else started a bet he hates to lose. That stupid competitive side of him... But let's start from the beginning.

It was Friday, 7:16 am. They were having breakfast in college and as everyday Sakusa sat with his cousin Komori in a quiet and kind of empty corner of their cafeteria. They looked into the hallway which led to the restrooms, some lockers and a staircase, leading up to some classrooms. Sakusa wasn't talking much, he rather listened - or at least tried to - to Komori who started to brag about the upcoming tests. The black haired ate his bento, looking into the hallway across their seat. He actually barely listened to that what his cousin had to say.

"... and that's just super stressful, like how am I supposed to do that presentation while I need to study for three other test rolling around next week? And why don't you listen?" He sounded kind of annoyed even tho you could clearly see the smirk resting on his face.

"I am listening, but I'd also like to eat this in peace." Sakusa pointed at his bento, mumbling the words into his mask which he hadn't removed from his face yet. He also hasn't removed his look from the hallway either.

"What are you looking at anyway? Waiting that your crush walks through that door or what?" The brown haired snickered.

Kiyomi turned his head, throwing a glare at the older one. If looks could kill, then there'd be a dead body next to him now.

"Shut up I told you I don't like him." He pulled the mask down from his mouth so that it was now resting on his chin.

"Sure, that's why you stay up way too long texting that blond haired dumbass. And don't forget the looks you throw at him when he's around." Motoya exhaled, sounding like a whistle while he shook his hand in a fan kind of motion.

He just received a low growl coming from the other student still sitting next to him. Komori just gave him an innocent look. His grey eyes were filled with mischief tho, while he shoved up his glasses. He usually wore contacts but he was too lazy to put them in this morning.

"Why don't you wear your glasses? You got your contacts in today?" The older one changed the topic.

"No, I don't got practice later. And I guess I just didn't want to wear them today." Sakusa took one bite of his food.

"You already said that yesterday. And the day before. Don't tell me you've found your soulmate-" Surprise and excitement laid in his voice, his eyes growing bigger.
