"Okay y'all, I'd say we're done for today!" Shūgo Meian - the captain of the MSBY - shouted, while wiping the sweat off his forehead.

The sound of balls being spiked and voices chatting confusedly died down as the voice of the 29 year old middle blocker echoed through the gym. The last practice of this week finally was over. The steps from each player could be heard as everyone gathered around their captain, sitting down to discuss their improvements they had achieved this week. While sitting there, some were drinking something, others were still trying to get their lungs to function normally again.

"It was a rough one today but it'll pay off guys. Y'all know that we need to keep practicing to hold our standards. I feel like we're getting better each time tho!" Meian started their common after practice talk.

"Sure thing, I've noticed Wan-San's receives being a lot smoother today than usual!" Hinata cut in, wearing a happy expression even though he was sweating and breathing as heavy as the other players.

"Well thank you Hinata. You were practicing with Bokuto-San, right?" Inunaki asked back. The orange haired male just nodded.

"We had lots of fun and my sets weren't that bad today!" Bokuto proudly stated.

"I bet Akaashi'd be proud of you."

"You think so?!" Kotaro excitedly shouted, his eyes turning into stars as he thought of his boyfriend.

His teammates snickered at his excitement before they started chatting about the practice.

"I wish ya'd be this excited about my sets Omi-kun." Atsumu leaned against Sakusa, his head resting on the others shoulder.

"That'll just happen in your dreams Miya." mentioned Tomas who earned a glare from the blond a second after.

"I'm sure that Omi-Omi likes ma sets. Ya do, right?"

A short and quiet 'mhm' was the answer he got on that question, but it was certainly enough to let a satisfied smile appear on Miya's face.

Twenty more minutes passed in which the team talked about rather their techniques or some non volleyball related stuff until they had to start putting all the things back to their place.

"I'll collect the balls!" Shoyo shouted and ran off to pick up the yellow and blue colored balls which were scattered across the gym.

"Bokuto, Barnes would you help him?" Meian asked as he saw Hinata trying to carry five balls at a time.

The two just nodded and jogged off. The rest got up and started getting the net out of the post to put it away as well. With a little more chatting and some mocking they made their way to the shower stalls and changing rooms.

As they were making themselves ready for leaving, a conversation about Valentines Day and how the players celebrated it, popped up. The majority of them was rather at home with their partners or not celebrating at all. Hinata told that he'd meet up with Kageyama and that said person had a surprise for him while Bokuto bragged that he's gonna take Akaashi on a date.

"What about you Sakusa?" Barnes asked as he put a new shirt on.

A disinterested look made its way onto the black haired man's face. "What about it?"
