The next few hours passed before it was morning. Jay wakes up and he sees his child on his chest cuddled into him. He smiles and rubs his head but feels he was now like a full grown xenomorph but the size of a one year old human baby.
"Wow you have grown quite a bit haven't you" he said leaning his head up to look at his child who looks back at him with a happy hiss. Jay smiles and leans up slowly and holds him.
He looks up and carries his kid to the kitchen. "Now where is Xena?" She asked to himself softly. His child nuzzles him as he asks himself that. He wanted to talk with her to decide on a name for their newborn.
Xena was out hunting by herself, not wanting her mother to come as she's too big and would scare the food away and cause unwanted attention, wondering how she wasn't caught when she came to them.
She sniffs the air for a minute "I smell wolves...my favorite" she drools with a smirk, she then smoothly and quickly runs towards the forest where the smell is coming from and hunts them down. She got lucky finding a family of four wolves.
She stabs them to death and claws them to death so it would be easier to carry them back home. The wolves did fight back so she got a few bites in the leg, but that melted the wolves teeth.
Xena pants "Those b*tches got my legs pretty good" she picks them up and limps towards home.
She comes across some military vehicles and soldiers roaming around the area and gulps 'oh no' she thought.
She stealthy goes the other way the soldiers are at and makes her way out of the forest and then takes off to the house.
Making it safely, she heads inside quickly just in case with the four dead wolves.
"Oh hey honey!" Jay said right before their kid crawls to Xena and nuzzles her leg. Which led to Jay noticing the bites "Honey are you ok?!?" He asked walking over quickly.
"Yea...I'm fine. I just need some of that wall glue I can produce to patch me up then I'm all good" she said smiling.
"Ok good" he said, hugging her tightly. She purrs and hugs back. "So uh what are the wolves for?" Jay asked.
"Food and clothes for me and Jackie here" she said, picking Jack up, going with that name since she likes it.
"So we are going with Jackie?" He asked her after nodding to her previous answer. Xena nods back to his question.
"Ok, fine by me" he said and hugs Jackie as Xena hugs him too. Jackie hisses happily, enjoying all the attention he is getting from his parents. Jay did his best to avoid the acid dripping from Xena's bleeding leg.
"Well I'll just make bacon, sausage and eggs I found in the kitchen" he said to her. Xena drools hearing that and nods.
Jay holds Jack and makes his way to the kitchen and makes breakfast. Jack enjoys being with jay, as he sat on the counter he was hissing happily and looking at Jay.
Xena walks to the bathroom and sits on the sink with her injuries shown in the mirror, "main this hurts" she whimpers, staring at it from the mirror. She starts to spit up some black glue-like substance from her mouth into her hand and covers her bites up.
Jay finished breakfast and set it on a few plates for them all to eat. Two plates with bacon and sausage for his wife and child, then bacon, sausage, and eggs for himself.
Xena walks in and kisses his cheek and sits down at the seat and starts eating with her hands. Jack watches and does the same. Jay used a fork and watched them with a slight chuckle.
"Honey, that's cute," Jay said to her. Xena looks back at him and smiles a bit.
"Thank you honey" she replied and finished, as did Jackie as he only ate a piece of bacon and some eggs.
Jackie hisses and takes Jay's sausage and eats them and his other piece of bacon before Jay has a chance to get a bite.
"Well I guess eggs and a piece of bacon is fine with me then" he said. Xena nods agreeing with that supposedly.
"Now what will the queen outside eat?" Jay asked Xena.
"The wolves," she replied.
"Alright then" Jay said. He saw something in the corner of his eyes and then looks at the kitchen window to see the queen's face pressed against the glass drooling on it. She smelt the bacon and sausage and was now hungry for some.
"Oh brother, and the queen is a woman child" Jay replied.
Xena chuckles "she sure is" Xena replies and stretches. "What shall we do today Jay?"
"I guess take care of our child," he replied.
"Yea our cute little child!" Xena said and held Jack's hands "yes you are a cutie! Yes you are!"
"And she knows baby talk, I feel a tent coming" he said softly with a faint blush on his face.
