Xena and Jake were at it once again, something they shouldn't be surprised about. All they do is run when it comes to being hunted by the military. Though Jay most likely may not have to. As they may see him as a hostage. However, since he is so in love with Xena and has a kid he has to look after now, he has to stay, not like he wants me to leave anyway.
They finally stop running after running a good ten or so minutes in the woods after being spotted again in the middle of the woods. A little ways from Ashley's grave. Believing they are now safe, they sit and lay against the tree to catch their breath.
"That was close wasn't it?" Jay asked softly while panting heavily. He looks at her mid sentence.
"Yea...that was close, though my mother didn't make it" she looks down whimpering
"We'll that grave gave her a resting place for her spirit...I hope they didn't find it though" he said to her as he looked down at their child he was holding as he was whimpering and screeching softly in a cute baby tone.
"Let me see our little bundle of joy" Xena said and took him gently while Jay puts him into Xena's arms gently.
Jack whines and whimpers while in her arms. Xena rocks him side to side slowly and shushes him gently to calm down.
"It's ok there honey, everything will be alright, no one will hurt you. Especially with me and your father around"
Jack slowly starts to calm down and smiles a bit with the cutest baby giggle Jay has ever heard.
"Aww he's happy now" Jay said, smiling at her. She looks up and nods in agreement. He watches her begin to breastfeed him. He blushes madly and watches more with a slight boner in between his legs. His shorts slowly reveal the tent.
Xena looks over and chuckles "you are a naughty boy Jay" she looks back at Jack after telling Jay what she just said. Jack seemed to be happy and hungry.
"S-sorry" he looks away feeling awkward and embarrassed about it since it probably isn't the best time for a tent in his pants.
"It's fine, we'll have some more fun later on, to begin our army against your bad military people" she said with a smile at him.
He blushes hearing the first part "O-ok that sounds a-amazing" he said. He then puts an arm around her back and holds her side smiling. Xena looks back and leans her head on his shoulder and purrs.
"This is nice, just me and you, with our kid relaxing by ourselves. I wish it could be like this all the time" Xena said.
"I know, but for now we will have to wait for our opportunity to get a chance to try to have peaceful lives again" Jay said softly and Xena nodded in agreement.
After a few more minutes of relaxing, jack pulls away and burps. Then hisses happily as he satisfied his hunger and puts his hands around her neck while laying his head on her right shoulder to take a nap.
"Awww that's so cute" Xena said. Jay pats Jacks back gently and then rubs his dome head softly for a minute or two.
"Let's go, we need a new home as well as not getting spotted by no military bad people" Xena said.
Jay gets up with Xena to follow her as she begins walking through the woods to end up on the other side of the woods.
"Seems we are in another neighborhood?" Xena asked herself and Jay at the same time. She looks around to see if the coast was clear before walking again, Jay still by her side.
"Now...let's look for a new home," Xena said.
Jay looks at her and nods with a smile "Agreed".
