Chapter 27: Our last moment.

Aincrad Standard Time, 12:00pm.. Floor 22, Log Cabin..

After the three of them returned back to hidden dungeon, managed to found Kirito and went back to their Log Cabin. Asuna takes a sip of her tea while her boyfriend got surprised by their recent good news.

Kirito: Wait! You three figured it out!?

Asuna: Yeah! We managed to locate the console and turn on the log out button. Lai also set the IRLdeath to False and copied Yui's file to his storage.

He questions in anxious look.

Kirito: What if someone followed and tampered with the console after you left?

Lai: I locked the console and blocked the entrance with boulders and wood planks. There'll be no one or no way can gain access to it, not even Kayaba himself hopefully..

He lets out a sigh of relief.

Kirito: I'm relieved then. Anyway, it's a great news! We should tell everyone!

Lai: Easy there.. We're about to.. But it'll be tonight. We need preparations for the big party to celebrate our win last night and then we all will drop a surprise to everyone.

Kirito: I assume you both have ideas for it?

Koharu: Well... Actually, we just come up with the idea.. We both still have some testing to do with the prototypes from the ALF ruins, but we'll do that in some other days. What do you think, Lai?

Lai: Agree.. As for the party, I think we all four can pull this out with our capabilities combined. Gather everyone, prepare some big feasts, layout and decorations and this might just work. But we only have a couple of hours to prepare, so any questions?

Koharu replies confidently..

Koharu: Nope.. Not at all!

Asuna: I'm okay with it.

Kirito: Nope.

Lai nods after confirming..

Lai: Okay, let's get started then.

Timeskip... In the briefing..

Lai: I repeat, Koharu will inform the guild and the Valkyries to gather up the people. Kirito should invite Klein and all of his guildmates to gather tables, chairs and any decorations, also bring Agil as well for setting up a location wide enough for large groups.

Asuna: What about me?

Lai: You're with me, Asuna. I'll gather ingredients as much as possible and you'll be the chef. Just one tap on it should be easy, eh?

Asuna: Yeah. I can do that.

Lai: Then, our briefing's ends here. Good luck.

Timeskip... Aincrad Standard Time, 1:00pm. Floor 11, Taft.

Koharu's POV

I'm currently heading back to the MBC Headquarters, can't wait to invite Keita and fill my teams in with the ideas Lai suggested. The feeling of overjoyed makes me smile uncontrollably. I just can't wait to tell them the surprise we had for them but I won't spoil it until the end of it. I rush back to the office to see if Keita's there. I knock the door, heard the leader's voice as response to my knocks.

Keita: Come in.

I entered the office, seeing Keita just being his usual self as a leader. Politely apologize him for sudden intrusion.
