Red X.

Chapter- 23- Lost hope.

It's been a week.  No contact, kayuke found masmai. She was wounded, hiding in the sewers to get away from Anti X.

Carmelo, Mels father. Has been flipping out, police stations around the state have been desperately trying to find the boy. However, it was no use. A sheriff would be seen, he was walking up to Carmelo's door. Knocking on it softly as Carmelo swung it open.

"Any news?! Anything?!"

"..nothing sir. "

"You mean to tell me the entire state of fucking Florida can't find my son."

"We're trying, we're doing everything in our power sir, buts it not—"

"Get the fuck outta my face.. I'll find him my damn self."

The sheriff sighed. Nodding his head as he walked away. Skylar was seen behind him, looking up at Carmelo as she spoke.

"Hey.. no luck still?"

"None.. none.. where is my fucking son man.."

"I don't know.. I just hope he's okay. Wherever he is.." skylar sighed. Her phone began to buzz rapidly, she slowly grabbed it out her pocket. It was kayuke.

"Hm?"

She walked away, Carmelo closed the door as she placed the phone to her ear. Answering it.

"Kayuke?"

"Hey! Hey.. so. Might.. I think. Just fucking maybe.. I found him."

"...Mel?"

"Mhm.. can you come to my house??"

"I'll be right over!"

Skylar hung up the phone. She stuffed her hands in her pink hoodie, ambling to kayuke's house. The walk didn't really effect her, she was used to medium sized walks. After about a 20 minute walk, she eventually crept towards l kayukes house. She stalked up the steps, knocking on the door.

Kayuke's father actually opened it. Arching his eyebrow as he looked down at Skylar, he stepped out.

"I don't think I've ever seen you before?"

Kayuke's father folded his arms, looking down at Skylar. Skylar giggled, looking up at kayuke's father.

"Guess it's a first then."

Kayuke would suddenly push his father out the way, looking at Skylar. He smiled brightly as he spoke.

"Finally, get in!"

Kayuke walked inside, Skylar nodding at his father as the duo walked down to the basement, masmai was seen. Walking up to sky and shaking her hand.

Masmai: it's good to meet you!

Skylar would shake her hand, the pair were the same height. So eye contact was perfect for one another.

Skylar: as to you. So, what's this about Mel?

Skylar stuffed her hands in her pockets. Kayuke immediately went to his table, his laptop seen as he opened it up, masmai following to check the laptop with her counter part.

Kayuke: recently we've been noticing crime rates sparking, buildings being destroyed.. people losing their lives. All sorts of shit, and it's like the police.. don't even care? Strange right. Well—

Kayuke was cut off.

Masmai: when I was captured, I planted a USB drive into the main computer in their compound, I grabbed all the encryption codes they had on file.

Kayuke: and with that.. I'm able to get into the cameras of the city, before something was blocking me, not anymore. I have access to legit every camera in the city.

Kayuke began to scan through security cameras. 1/600. Yes, 600 cameras throughout the state of Florida, for the main cities of course. Kayuke flipped to Miami Florida, the city alive and striving. However, the screen would glitch, the camera rising into the air to see upon the building Red X and Anti X.

Red X was crouched down, his eyes looked upset. Hurt even, he was forced to wear a blood red skull bandanna, his suit was the same, just no helmet anymore.

Anti X dawned his same outfit. He grinned as he cocked his right head to the side. The pair were about to take off. However, anti X would freeze, his head slowly turning to face the camera. A sinister look as he pulled out his revolver, aiming it at the camera before firing. Everything going black.

Kayuke: why is he with him..

Masmai: did you see his eyes? He looked upset.

Skylar: who's that..?

Kayuke: his name is Anti X. From what we understand.. dudes a prick, we think he works for chain, but we really don't have enough information yet.

Masmai: no, he does. I was there bruh, I think he's their top warrior.

Skylar: what does he want with Mel?

Kayuke: a pet.

Kayuke growled, closing the laptop as he sighed. Rubbing his head, he began to think of a plan.

Kayuke: who do we have that can restrain him?

Masmai: his friends from maple?

Kayuke: they'll never come, I know they won't.

Skylar: then I'll go.

Sky folded her arms, her teeth gritted as her eyes flashed a bright pink.

Kayuke: now hang on a minute.. I know a guy.
