Red X.

Chapter 19- It starts.

A few weeks have passed, constant online harassment from Red. It was relentless, sending packages of dildos to his home, sending people to TP his house. Booting him off his own internet, joining his damn call of duty PlayStation party. However, over time it would finally stop. Mel was trying to live a normal life. Although his side of Red X was trying to pry itself out. He wanted to at least.. try. He did take up training with Xodia. Every night at 3am the duo would train until 8am. Constant working out, pushing Mels limits and breaking them. Due to this, Mel has become a much more excellent fighter, actually challenging his father in a friendly spar and topping him. Mel and Sky have become more and more closer, Mel slightly warming up to her family as Sky began to make new friends. However, Miami was getting worse. They needed a hero. They needed someone to come in and clean the crime of the city. However, it wasn't just Miami, Orlando was starting to spark up in heavy crime rates as well. This didn't sit well with Mel.

Mel would be sitting down with Skylar in his room, the two were sitting on Mels bed playing video games on Mels PlayStation as the two were laughing and having a great time. The two shared a vibe like no other, almost as though Skylar was the yang to Mels yin. Mel would clench his controller as Skylar crushed him in their one v one. Mel would sigh. "Damn it! You cheated bruh!!"

"I didn't cheat for shit." Sky would laugh.

"Yeah right! You kept throwing flash bangs!"

"You kept drop shotting!!"

"Fair." Mel would erupt into laughter, Skylar shoving him softly. Mel would shift a bit, his butt landing on the controller as the channel would switch. The HDMI 1 switching to HDMI 2 showing the news broadcast.

"Police officers are struggling to figure out why all these X's continue to show up all over the streets of Miami and Orlando. Crime rate continues to rise more and more in the streets." A lady would be seen speaking.

"...." Mels stomach twisted, he hated watching crime continue to spark and spark.

"It sucks there's.. yenno. Nothing being done.. justice needs to be taken yenno?" Sky would speak, looking at Mel.

Mel would look at sky. "I guess, it just yenno. Sucks that there's nobody around to stop it."

"Did you hear about fort Myers?"

"No, what?"

"Police have basically given up. Fort Myers is like Gotham city. Nothing but crime."

"Jesus.."

"Yeah." Sky would softly sigh.

Mels phone would ring. Mel grabbing his phone and seeing a text from Kayuke. "Hey Mel!.. meet up tonight. 9 pm sharp. Don't respond, just come over." Mel would nod at his phone. He looked over at Skylar as the two smiled at one another.

"I still can't believe she played you.. she lost a really good guy yenno?"

"You could say that.." Mel would lightly smile.

"I mean it!" Sky's face would flush up a cheeky red. "Her loss yenno..?"

"That's what they all say.." Mel laughed a bit, Sky laughing with Mel as the two continued to play. Eventually sky would have to leave, hugging Mel goodbye as she went home. The time was 8:30 pm. Mel would growl a bit. "I don't wanna fucking GO BRUH!!" Mel would throw his legs up in the air in his room whilst sitting on his bed. Mel would growl, walking out his house closing the door behind him. Mel would walk his way towards Kayukes house. Getting there at 8:45 as Mel knocked on the door. "Hurry up bruh." Mel sighed rubbing his face. Kayuke would swing the door open. "Oh boy do I got news for you!" Kayuke would motion Mel to follow him. "Where are your parents?" Mel asked looking around the house.

"Out for the weekend. They said no guest over but I don't care, stay mad." Kayuke would laugh as Mel would chuckle. The two walking to the second floor, ambling into Kayukes room as Mel sat on the bed. Kayuke would look over at Mel. "So, we got an issue."

"What's up dawg?"

"It's about masmai."

"What about her."

"I'm not gonna sugar coat this dawg, she went after Anti-X."

"Why would this dumb fucking girl do that?!?"

"When her and her dad were driving past fort Myers he chased after them, shooting at her car and nearly causing her and her dad to crash. Masmai knows how to fight but.. she's not yenno. A skilled fighter."

"Where was she last spotted Kayuke."

Mel would get up, rubbing his wrist.

"She went south of fort Myers." Kayuke would walk over, grabbing his laptop and digging into some files. "I signed into your helmet. I can see everything and yenno, speak to you and transport you files. Added an upgrade you'll see soon."

"Alright, I'll find her and bring her little ass back."

"What if yenno..you run into him."

"Then I'll finish what I fucking started. With him out the picture I'll go and stop the rest of the crime going on in Florida."

"Bet!" Kayuke would smile.

"Alright, later Kayuke." Mel would nod storming out the house. Walking back to his home. Sneaking through his window and grabbing his suit. Slipping it, the suit tightly wrapping around Mel as Mel grabbed his helmet. He would sneak outside, going to his Jeep before hearing a whistle. Mel sharply turning around only to see Skylar across the street. Her arms would be folded as he looked at Mel. Mel frozen not knowing what to do. Skylar would walk up to Mel, the few stars being their only light source as she spoke. "Nice outfit.. where you going?"

"Why are you out here?" Mel looked at her.

"I heard you, Mel were in a quiet town you can hear your squeaky ass window..that and I always love sitting out here. I get to watch the stars for a bit."

"That's nice." Mel would turn away. Her hand gripping onto Mels wrist as her eyes locked with Mel. "You're not gonna go do something stupid are you?"

"..." Mel would sigh.

"...I think it's time for you to tell me about that arm story.."

"...10 minutes. Max." Mel said, he would sit on the hood of his Jeep, Skylar sitting next to him as Mel softly began to speak.
