Red X would begin to walk through the woods of maple, his boots crunching against the leaves as he felt his stomach. His body was blocking any sort of pain from being felt. This was rather strange, Red X continued to march through the woods, thinking to himself about the fight between him and red, Lyla's betrayal, his brother nearly dying, and whatever it was that.. changed him. His mind wondered with thoughts as the night sky stood still. In fact, everything felt quiet, too quiet for comfort. Red X would get an uneasy feeling, drawing his M4A1 and scanning the forest, his helmet
Trying to detect any sort of threat, however, within the deep forest, two golden eyes would be seen. Suddenly, the soft wind of the woods would stop. Trees would go still as Mel braces for a fight, however, suddenly a figure would form behind Mel, grabbing Mels shoulder and forcefully turning Mel around, Mel ready to shoot; however, he stopped once he saw the face. The towering figure was no other then Xodia, Xodia would smile, lowering the gun from Mels hands as he spoke."Been a while since we've spoken..kid." Xodia would speak, Mel would slowly take off his helmet, facing Xodia as his brown eyes met Xodia's eyes.
"I saw you before, when I first met Lyla.. how come you didn't warn me?"
"My job isn't to stop your future, but to aid along the way." Xodia would smile, sitting down crossing his legs. Mel would sit down, resting his arms on his knees.
"You know my future?"
"I know a lot of things..you got a lot of battles ahead of you Mel.. things are gonna change, you're gonna change.." Xodia spoke softly, resting his hand on Mels head. Mels body would feel warm, almost as though his wounds were being fully healed and recovered.
"How come you help me so much...when we first fought, you tried to kill me." Mel said looking at Xodia.
Xodia would smile, locking eyes with Mel as he spoke. "I had to test you, to see if the tales were true...see if you really had the will I heard of. You do...and that will is gonna help you in so many conflicts." Xodia would chuckle a bit. "Ask me anything kid.."
Mel would look at Xodia, rubbing his face as he looked at Xodia. "Whats wrong with me.. Kat did some testing on my blood.. and found some weird. I dunno how to explain it Xodia."
Xodia would nod, leaning forward and cutting Mels arm a bit. Licking his blood as Xodia thought for a minute. "Well...you still have traces in your system, I guess my divine seal of healing blended with your genetics a bit..and..there's something else in you, a fire. A fire like no other." Xodia would laugh a bit. "Hell, if you learn to weaponize that fire you could probably put up a nice ass struggle if we fight again."
"What is it!" Mel chimed in.
"It's...not my place to tell you. Instead, you need to ask your father."
"Why him?"
"He shares the same ability, let him teach you. You'll gain more." Xodia closed his eyes, his forehead glowing a golden orb.
"Hey Xodia...you're a skilled fighter right?"
"One of The best, why?"
"..do you think yenno, you could" Mel would put his index fingers together and look at Xodia. "Train me?"
Xodia would slowly grow the biggest smug smile. "You want ME?! To train you? So you learn some REAL combat instead of whatever your uncle taught you?"
"Yeah pretty much."
"OF COURSE ILL TRAIN YOU!" Xodia would smile. "As of right now, I can't. I'll wait until you get to Florida. You my friend need to go crush the sith."
