02 "Good Luck :)"

"SASAGEYO SASAGEYO SHINZOU WO SASAGEYO"
The three boys sang in their private dressing room as they were getting their hair and makeup done for their performance. The room, stylists, makeup, hair, and outfits made them feel like real idols. They were just messing around in an attempt to get rid of their nervous feelings.

"Attack On Titan is like the best show I've seen in forever."
Chuckled Hoseok.

"I know right? The storyline is incredible. I'm just excited for the other new episodes to come out."
Jimin smiled excitedly.

"Yeah, it's kinda sad that it's ending though."
Taehyung remarked blankly.

"I- Did you really have to remind us?"
Hoseok replied, slightly annoyed.

When the stylists were finally done, they decided to run through the performance a few more times. They would have to sit in the hallways and wait until all the contestants went on stage so they wanted to do it in private while they could.

"Hoseok, do you know when we're going on? I didn't hear anything from the staff."
Jimin asked with obvious hints of nervousness in his voice.

"Uhm, let me see. It says that we'll be 4th from our school's lineup but our school will be going after Ilsan, Daegu, and Gwangju."
Hoseok replied confidently.

"Don't worry. We've got this!"
Hoseok had reminded everyone with a hopeful aura. This is why Taehyung and Jimin loved that Hoseok was part of their group.

Jimin nodded and surprisingly, some of the anxiety had gone away. They continued to practice vocals, rap, and dance until it was finally time for the competition to start. Only one group from each region's school would be chosen. The 5 regions were Seoul, Gwangju, Daegu, Ilsan, and Busan. They were representing Seoul.

"Bruh I'm sweating so much I cannot do this today."
Taehyung explained nervously.

"Tae, chill. We still have about an hour and a half before we go on. It's going to be okay. Do you want to run it through again? Just to make sure?"
Jimin tried to calm Taehyung down.

"I mean, a few more times through won't hurt, right?"
Hoseok suggested.

They all agreed and ran through the performance a few more times until they were escorted into the hallway. Their nerves were starting to pick up again but they soon we're distracted by the first group to go, playing on the TV.

"Woah, they're amazing. How will we beat a team like that?"
Jimin sort of asked himself, full of anxiety.

"Because we have you, stupid."
Taehyung replied bluntly.

They all laughed and then refocused on what the judges were saying.

"So, we enjoyed your performance. We can see that you have potential but there is a lack of confidence and energy, as well as chemistry between you and it shows. Besides that, everything was great. Although I question the song choice. Would anyone else like to add?"
Says Park Jinyoung, head of JYPE.

"Woah, they're scary."
Jimin thought. His heart was pounding so fast even though they hadn't even gone yet.

Meanwhile, Yoongi and Jungkook were just finishing a nice date and we're going back to Yoongi's apartment to chill for the night.

"I'm so glad you didn't go see Jimin tonight. Now I know my man has his priorities straight. Anyways, why are you even friends with him?"
Jungkook said. Yoongi didn't like how he was talking about Jimin, but also understood where he was coming from. That was what made Jimin so angry. Is that Yoongi always agreed with Jungkook.

"Kook, I can't just drop him. He's my best friend. We've been best friends for like, ever. Besides, he's never done anything to you."
Yoongi said. He was getting sort of annoyed with Jungkook's attitude towards Jimin but in the end, it seemed that he valued his boyfriend over his best friend. He always skipped out on hanging with Jimin so he could spend time with Jungkook.

"Whatever. Anyways, let's watch something."
Jungkook said, slightly getting more annoyed.

"Sure, but Jimin is going to text me when he's going on stage so we'll switch the channel then, okay?"
Yoongi said quite sternly.

"Really? Okay."
Jungkook was really annoyed at this point.

They ended up watching some horror movie. Yoongi received a text from Jimin about halfway into the movie.

Jimin
Heyo, I'm about to go on stage. I know you're probably won't Jungkook so I understand if you can't. I've gotta go now. Bye!

Yoongi
Got it
I'm changing the channel right now. Good luck :)

"Hey, Kookie. Can we change the channel? Jimin just texted me."
Yoongi didn't even wait for a response and attempted to find the remote.

"Ugh, Yoonie. Can you just shut up about Jimin and kiss me?"
Jungkook knew what he was doing. Yoongi was stubborn so he acted before Yoongi could do anything. Yoongi was a sucker for Jungkook so there was no problem with getting him away from the TV.

Jimin was freaking out, as they were seconds from going on stage. He was just hoping and praying that Yoongi was actually watching him and not lying.
