Later that day, and Keefe and Sophie decided to head over to a restaurant. They were both hungry, and spent the whole day at the beach, but they still wanted more. And they were both lazy. So they went to a restaurant on the beach to eat dinner.

"What do you want to eat?" Keefe said, looking at the menu.

"Hmm...the chicken salad sounds good..."

"Sophie!"

Sophie rolled her eyes. "It was a joke! I know, 'elves are vegetarians'. I will get a salad though."

Keefe frowned. "There are so many options!"

"Have you never experienced this before?" Sophie asked.

"No! I've never had a choice of what to eat, I just eat what my parents make."

"You don't sound very picky. I think you would like anything you get."

"But what if I don't like it?"

"Then give it to me and we can switch," Sophie offered.

"Fine. Also, what is an 'ipa?" Keefe asked, pointing to the drinks section on his menu.

Sophie laughed. "Something we aren't old enough to have."

     "Oh," Keefe smirked.

     "Keefe, no."

     "Keefe yes."

"This will not make you feel good," Sophie warmed Keefe.

"So what? I'll be fine. Besides, no parents, no rules."

"Keefe-Whatever-your-middle-name-is-Sencen. Do not get that drink."

Keefe sighed dramatically. "You're so bossy."

Soon a waiter came over. "My name is Aaron, I'll be taking care of you today. May I start you off with some drinks?" He asked politely. (word for word what they say every time I go out to eat with my family lol)

"I'll have a Diet Pepsi." (My personal fav)

The waiter nodded. "And for you, sir?"

"I'll have a Diet Pepsi as well."

The waiter wrote their drinks down on his notepad, and then scurried away. Sophie used the free time before their drinks came to take in the setting. The sun was setting, and the sky was turning red and purple. It was the perfect night, warm, but not too warm.

     "It's beautiful tonight," Keefe noted.

Sophie looked at him. "Yeah. It's..."

     "Perfect?" Keefe asked.

      "Yes. Perfect," Sophie agreed.

"You know what else is perfect tonight?"

     Sophie blushed. "What?"

"Me," Keefe said, doing mini jazz hands.

Sophie rolled her eyes. "You're very full of yourself."

"Ah, so you've noticed. It's one of my best qualities," Keefe said sarcastically.

     "I agree," Sophie laughed.

"But for real. You look perfect, Sophie," Keefe said, lowering his voice.

Sophie grinned. "Thank you," she blushed.
