He said the sinister-looking figure unnerved him so much he hasn't slept since.
The horror spectre was wearing a top hat and spookily didn't have a face.
The creature-spotter, who has asked not to be named out of fear, said it was standing outside Yeovil College in Somerset.
He said: "I was driving up the road as I normally do and I saw this dark looking figure by Yeovil College. It looked quite tall.
"I slowed down to have a closer look and thought it's not a man, it was about 7ft tall."
"It was like something out of science fiction."
The lad claims he saw Slenderman on the afternoon of December 15.
This comes as Daily Star Online revealed that many believe the Slenderman is real, with entire websites dedicated to it.
Countless videos and pictures are posted purporting to be solid proof of the creature's existence.
Now the terrified Yeovil resident wishes he had never stumbled upon the creature.
He said: "I just keep thinking I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's just mad."
"I'm struggling to sleep because of it."
