[I personally like how they explained it so I decided to include it.]

[STAGES OF EXPERIENCES]

1- You start to feel paranoid. You hear taps every now and then. You feel watched.

Something knows about you, but you are not currently in danger.

2- Hearing a lot of tapping. Increased paranoia.

Isolating yourself. Anti social behavior. Ringing in ears.

Things are picking up, they want you to stop.

3- Hearing more knocks and tapping. Hearing movement. Feeling angry. Feeling ill. Strange appetite. Tired.

You are becoming weaker, you are in danger.

4- Anger. Restlessness. Everything intensifies.

Nightmares.

You’ve read too much. You know to much. You’re onto something.

5- More Antisocial behavior. Feeling dead inside. Feeling crazy. Everything intensifies even more.

You know a lot. You have a lot of important information. You’re digging too far.

STAGES OF OBSESSION:

1- You’ve been in the fandom for a bit, you’ve been reading their stories, you’re gaining interest in them

You’re not in any danger right now.

2- Discovering journals, reading a few, learning more, more interest,

You’ve most likely alerted something of your presence now.

3- Binge reading journals, starting research, watching ARGs,

By now you most likely have at least attracted some spirits .

4- Reading every journal you can find, watching every ARG, more research,

Be careful.

5- You have read and watched everything on the surface, but you want to know more

You are in danger, try not to let them get to you.

The more time you spend reading about them, the more you know, and the worse things get.

If you do research or summonings, you know you’re onto something if you are on stages 3,4, or 5 of experiences.

If you only read other people’s information and don’t spread what you know, you aren’t in a whole lot of danger, but something knows what you’re up to.

BE CAREFUL.
