I don't know how desperate I must have been to go to Loki's cell. With a pillow and book under my arm, I got off the elevator. Loki sat on his bed and then raised his head when he noticed me.

"You're still not intimidated" I just shrugged and put the pillow down against a wall. "You must be really brave." He then finally said.

"Thank you" I said curtly. Actually I wanted to talk to him normally, but he is really very provocative. I sat down on the floor and started to read the book. Maybe something will come up with the 'talk'. It took a while until he started to speak.

"I don't think you came here just like that." He started to grin. I looked over the book at him and finally flipped the book closed. Then I stood up and stood a few feet in front of the cell.

"I want to know how you did that? How could you know what happened to me then? I didn't tell anyone but my dad?" I then asked.

"I told you... Through your eyes. Somehow you seem ... So .... Hurt." He laughed mockingly.

"You don't know me one bit. You have no idea what I've been through and you want me to know that you were able to pull it all out through my eyes? Well, I can only slightly, to the point of not believing that. First you want to destroy the earth and then still make as if you know about everything. You're so puny that you're not even capable of destroying the earth." I started to shout at him. He seemed to like the fact that I was upset.

"That'S ENOUGH!!!" I didn't notice him get up and bang on the window. "You better watch your tongue. I am far more powerful than you!" He started yelling at me.

"Oh and what are you going to do?" I asked him cheekily and had to start grinning. He can tell me a lot of things, but he couldn't do anything to me. After this question he became calmer and turned away from me.

"I knew it." I laughed at him. I turned back around and then continued reading.

"Maybe I can't do anything, you're right." He said a little calmer. He sat back down on his bed and stared holes in the air. He looked so thoughtful.

"What are you thinking about? I finally asked.

"What do you care?" He then asked a little annoyed.

"Hey I'm sorry for calling you Mickrig, but you should really worry about other things." I said a little nicer.

"Like what?" I got to see his annoyed look.

"I don't know..." I laughed. "I mean, what do you think about when you're trapped." And there I was again. Sassy July.

"What free people don't think about."

"And what don't free ones think about" I kept bugging him.

"I don't know."

I closed my book and left him. I left the pillow there. I think I would come more often.

Loki's view

Finally she left. After all, she's the only one who comes here and shares some company with me, except that we yell at each other and provoke each other. But that's how I am. I don't let a human woman tell me what to do. Not even Thor comes here. But it's just as well. It would humiliate me if he came here. Me in a cell and him as a free man. I've endured enough ridicule from him.

Well, that girl was right. I didn't really catch her name. What do prisoners worry about? Well, escape would be out of the question, so I don't give it a thought. To be honest, my thoughts are empty. I don't think about anything anymore. I have to spend my whole life in this cage. What else should I lose my thoughts to? I just sat there. Nothing else.

Juli's view

The next day, Jarvis told me that my dad, Steve and Thor were coming up. I made myself breakfast in the meantime. I sat down at the table and started eating my food. After a few minutes the three of them arrived on my floor and I went to the living room.

"To what do I owe the honor?" I asked, playfully delighted.

"Juli, save yourself the gig." Wiesed my father at me.

"What? I'm serious," and started laughing.

"You're back to your old self." My dad remarked, wrapping his arms around my neck. I had a few questions, but I returned his hug for now.

"Good," and patted me on the shoulders and then started grinning. "We came here because we wanted to let you know that we're throwing a party in two weeks." Addressed my dad.

"Well but what does that have to do with me and why did the three of you come?" I then asked a little skeptically.

"Juli, I don't want anything to happen to me on the way to your place." He joked.

"But I never did anything to you" I play offended.

"Your dad is such a joker." Steve interjected.

"A joker?" Thor looked at us questioningly.

"Your dad was going to ask for your help. It's going to be a party where S.C.H.I.E.L.D. should be invited. He wants to use red as the main color. But I think blue will be much better." Was Steve annoyed about that? At least that's what I hear in his voice.

"Really now? Because of such a small thing?" I asked, a little annoyed.

"Yes we are collecting opinions. So far we're in a tie. Now what do you think?" My dad asked me.

"Why don't you mix the colors and take both as the main color?" I asked the boys.

"Well sweetie. We don't do that because it's not possible. After all, we also have to learn to tell a Japanese from a Chinessen." Groused my father rum.

"Well then ask someone else before I have a crisis here." I grumbled at him, waving my hands.

"All right, I will," he yelled.

"Good" I yelled back.

"Guys, I have a question" Thor also says something ""A cookie is a cookie. But how can a joke be a cookie? Or is it a special kind of cookie?"

Steve, Dad and I sighed loudly and then Steve and then left.

"OK Thor and what brings you here?" I asked him with raised eyebrows.

He shook his head at me. Apparently to get rid of the cookie question.

"Well, I came to ask you how Loki is doing. If everything is okay, too."

I tilted my head a bit and thought for a moment.

"So far everything seems to be okay." I answered him.

"Good that reassures me. I knew you'd be okay." He then smiled encouragingly at me and left as well.
