Clary POV

I rush to the boys side, I lift his head and lean him onto my knees. he slowly starts to slip from his unconsciousness, he looks deeply into my eyes and then struggles into a sitting position.

he lunges away from me in shock, I instantly go bright red.

what just happened, he asked in shock

you passed out and I lifted your head so you could get air and then you woke up and that leads to now, I reply

he slowly passes the room, to the other side.

good job clary now he hates you he is probably going to tell your boss to fire you, if he even knows him. nah my boss doesn't ever come down here ill be fine

who are you, I ask

he just kept crossing back and forth in front of me as if he is in another universe.

hey, if your not going to answer then you better get out, or I will call my boss who will come and get you him self! I practically yell at him

his head suddenly snaps up and he goes bright red.

fine, you call him, because ill have you know that the man that you call your boss just happens to be my father.

and the blackness consumes me!

Jace POV

oh, crap I went too far!

I rush to her side, I pull her head into my shoulder and breath in the sweet fragment of her skin, the smell of strawberry consumes me and I didn't even realise her waking up

omg, im so sorry I didn't mean to over whelm you I was just trying to make a point! I say to her apologetically.

well I think you did it a little bit too well. she replied, two of us passing out in time span of not even an hour! what are the chances huh

she blushes as she says the words, her mouth slowly curving at the edges and she just giggles at me!
