The new boy

Chapter 7

I wake up and do my normal routine. I walk to my bathroom and brush my teeth. After Im done I decide what I want to wear. I want to wear something simple not to fancy. I decide that I'm going to wear jeans with a flannel shirt that goes underneath a dark green jacket. I pick out my black mini heel boots to go with it. I put my outfit on and just decide to put my hair in a messy bun, since I don't feel like doing anything to my hair. I Go downstairs to eat breakfast.

I finish my breakfast and say bye to my mom and head to school.

I finally get there and head to my 1st period class. Before going to class I go to my locker to put my backpack away and all of a sudden I feel someone wrap there arms around my waist and lay their head on my shoulder. I turn around to see Matt.
"Hey cutie pie," he says.
"Hi matt" I say removing his hands off my waist because there were a lot of people starring at us and girls were giving me disgusting looks.
"So what are you going to wear to my-"Matt starting saying but then got interrupted by a girl turning him and kissing him on the lips. What the hell? What was that? I just shut my locker and walked pass Matt to head to class.

I sit in my assigned seat and start to talk to Brooke. I look up to see Matt walking in. We make eye contact but I quickly look away. Matt takes his seat.
"Hey Rachel me and that girl aren't dat-" Matt started saying but got interrupted by the bell ringing. The teacher walks in and tells everyone what we will be learning for our first unit.
"Hey what are you doing tonight," Brooke asks
"Going to Matts party," I tell her
"Oh well I hope you have fun..."
"Haha I will. But if you come it will be 10 times better!"
"Do you think I could?"
"Yeah i don't think Matt will mind"
"Sweet"
For the rest of the class I just ignore the teacher and look on my phone. Out of no where I get a text "ding" crap.
"Who's phone was that?!" The teacher asks.
"It was mine sorry. I'll turn it off," Matt says taking the blame for it even though it was mine.
"Thanks," I whisper to Matt. He nods and points to his phone. I just give him a confused look and look at my phone. I check my phone to see who texted me. I scroll through my notification and see a text from Matt. Oh that's what he was trying to tell me.
TEXT MESSAGES
Matt- Hey Rachel I just want you to know that girl came up to me and kissed me I didn't kiss her back. I didn't even know her.
Rachel- Haha Matt I really don't care if you kissed her back or not. It's fine don't worry 😂 I'm not mad. If it was one of my friends than yeah😠😉.
Matt- okay that's good to know. Just always know you're my #1 girl😉😏.
Rachel- alright ugly;) oh yeah btw Brooke is going to your party 2😁
Matt- babe you think I'm ugly that sucks😭. And ok cool.
Rachel- I'm not your babe so don't call me that😉. I'm gonna go now. We only have 3 minutes left of class.
Matt- I'm just messing with you bæ😉😘. Alright c ya.
END OF TEXTS
I look over to Matt and he is also looking at me. We both just laugh.
RINGGGG.
(AFTER SCHOOL)
I walk inside my house and go upstairs to my room. I take out my binder to do my math homework. Yes we have homework on the 2nd day of school. I hate it.

It's 7 pm and I'm already done with my homework and out of no where I get a text from Matt it says "Go to your front door." I walk down stairs and open the door. I see Matt holding a Victoria Secret bag. I wonder what's in it.
"This is for you. I want you to wear what I bought you to my party," Matt says blushing. Thats Cuteeee.
"Hahaha thanks Matt but you didn't have to get me anything, I have plenty of clothes I can wear," I say laughing
"Yeah I know but I want to see how hot you look in it," he says winking "I'm gonna go I'll see you in an hour," he adds
"Okay see ya, thanks for the gift!" I close the door and open the bag to see a hot pink dress. Its so pretty. I can't wait to wear it at the party.
