Fire, destruction, demolition. That's the only things on my mind. Death. Death of the humans that litter the planet. Disgusting little creatures.
I turned visible and started lighting cars on fire. Beeping horns filled my ears, and the high pitched screams of the trapped coming from the cars. Explosions of the cars I once casted my powers on now filled the street.
I turned my attention to the buildings. Flicking my wrist slightly catches the buildings on fire. My power was at a peaking point. It flowed through my veins more than my own blood. Building after building caught as I walked past. Only focusing on what I wanted to catch fire, caught fire.
I could barely believe my eyes. With fire came comfort. I watched as smoke raised into the sky. I felt the heat radiating behind me. I listened to the piercing screams, the pathetic cry's for help. I watch as mothers push their children behind them thinking they can protect them, then the surprise look on their faces as I catch them all on fire. I watched as people ran out of their homes. The only thing on my mind was to keep pushing on. Destroying life's as I went. My power wasn't even dented.
I had completed a whole circle now and I no longer had to worry about stragglers. It was easier to keep moving. My powers were still running strong. I was getting to the bigger buildings so I had to turn up the heat more. It burned smaller things a lot quicker.
I looked up at the sky. I was turning it black. Light was becoming blocked the further I got into the city. Meaning the temperature dropped as well. The heat radiating from my hand and the buildings behind me is the only reason why I kept warm.
I now stopped in front of everything big building and sat there for a good 5 minutes. I waited that long to make sure my fire licked the tower to the very top. I had no desire to be around it when it collapsed. When it collapses ash, dust, and debris will fill the air.
I was sitting in front of a skyscraper when a jet landed behind me. It was the one thing I was dreading. The Avengers. I was secretly praying to my great grandfather they would not arrive in the middle of me catching buildings on fire. It would make it more difficult.
"Stop this madness" a voice boomed from behind me. I stood still watching my power dance it's way around the building.
"Not a chance Thor." I whispered but designed the air for it to travel to them.
I turned slightly and walked to the next building. It wasn't as tall so I kept walking letting it catch fire as I walked past. The next one was a bigger building. I had to stop and reach a hand out and raise to the sky for it to catch fire enough. It was all a new therapy for me.
Screams echoed from the two new buildings. "Oh my god" Black Widow exclaimed in shock.
"I know sounds beautiful with the fire crackling in the background. Almost like... ballerina music. Maybe a little more aggressive though" I smiled at the building refusing to face the group that brought me weakness before.
"What happened to the good that you had last time." Captain America asked.
"You see, those were different circumstances. Ones that won't happen again." I turned after reached my hand out once again and kept walking. "If you don't want that building next to you to suffocate you, you might want to keep moving." I talked slightly. They were not my problem.
I watched in the corner of my eye as they turned to the building that was cracking and having the floors above come crashing down. They looked at each other and gave a nod and followed me.
"Are you not going to try to stop me?" I asked walking back a few 4 story buildings that caught fire as I walked.
"We will we just wanted to see if you were going to surrender." Iron man snarked.
