Megan's POV:
The next few weeks went a lot like that slowly eating bigger portions and spending time with Chloe and suiting up. I could tell The Arrow didn't like me he had a huge ego and a girl version of him showing up on his turf and actually making a good difference on the outcome probably made him upset. I left it alone and knew that one point he was going to realize i wasn't a bad guy i was helpful.
It was now the month of February and i was going to be starting private school. I was nervous knowing it wasn't a private school for smart kids it was one for rich kids and i wouldn't fit in since i didn't grow up the way they did. In fact, i had lived in a one bedroom apartment with my mom until i was eleven and my mom got married.
The Monday school started i rolled out of bed wishing i could never leave. I hopped in the shower and began to quietly sing to one of my favorite songs
"I'll carry you home.
No, you're not alone.
Keep marching on,
This is worth fighting for,
You know we've all got battle scars.
You've had enough,
But just don't give up.
Stick to your guns,
You are worth fighting for.
You know we've all got battle scars.
Keep marching on."
I finished up and turned the shower off. I quickly threw on the uniform and walked out to see Thea. I yelped in surprise. "Thea freaking Queen you scared the heck out of me!" I said laughing. She giggled. "Sorry. You have such a pretty voice you should do something live sometime." I shook my head. "No people would throw tomatoes and stuff at me." She rolled her eyes "No they wouldn't." She stated. "Did you need something?" I asked. "Oh yeah right sorry can i do your make up?" She asked. I shrugged "I guess nothing to big please." I said. The squealed and began doing my hair and makeup.
When she was done i looked in the mirror and smiled. Thea had done a good job. My long hair was curled and i had on thick mascara and winged eyeliner with a little bit of eye shadow. It was cute yet simple just what i wanted. Now the uniform defiantly subtracted from the look.
It was like what you would expect. Blue plaid skirt, long sleeve white shirt with black jacket buttoned over it, tie, long blue socks, and black flats. It was so cliche.
When i got to the school i was at my new locker putting away the books i just git that i didn't need when a boy my age walked up. "Hey, hot stuff." He said as i closed my locker. "Get away from me." I said as he inched close to me. "Come on babe." He said grabbing my butt. I grabbed his hand and pulled his arm all the way behind him pressing it in to his back. "Agg." He yelped in pain "You ever and i mean EVER touch me again and o swear i will kill you!" I said letting go of his hand. He pulled his arm towards him "Freak." He said shaking his head and walking over to his buddies who were all laughing at him. I rolled my eyes and turned around to see a group of prissy girls staring at me. I pushed passed the mumbling girls all laughing at me trying to ignore what they said.
"What a fatty oh my gosh who is she?!"
"What a freak."
"She's so ugly."
"She just turned down Austin!"
"Ugly piece of nothing."
The rest of the day was like that it had gotten around what i had done to the Austin guy and everyone hated me. Last period i walked down to my Outdoor ed class knowing it wouldn't be the same with out my friends. I sat down at a desk in the front and the teacher, Coach Shay, asked everyone to get ready to go to the gym to begin archery. I sighed and picked up my bag which i had just put down to seconds ago and we walked down as a class.
