3rd Person
George arrives back at his house and unloads all of the many grocery bags. "Jesus Christ I bought a lot." He walks into his house after unlocking it and throws his grocery down while looking at the receipt. "Maybelline? Wha-?" He was too focused on being jealous he put the eyeliner in the cart.
George scoffs and starts unloading "Carrots, laundry detergent, bleach, noodles, milk...." He puts away the stuff and starts looking at where he should start cleaning, his house had become so dirty he couldn't even remember the last time he cleaned it.
First George started by making a home cooked meal for a late lunch. After eating he started cleaning the kitchen, starting with the fridge. Throwing out the old, expired food and wiping down the fridge. He washed the dishes, wiped the counters, and organized the cabinets, cleaned the sink and got rid of old chips and containers.
The kitchen was fully cleaned after an hour and a half. George felt proud and good about himself, almost like a weight had lifted off his shoulders. Next up, the bathroom. George scrubbed the toilet with the toilet cleaner that had been sitting in his cabinet for 2 years straight. He wiped the counter, organized the cabinets, and scrubbed the tub. George got rid of old products he never used and the bathroom had been finished. He decided to do the living room next, leaving his room for last.
The living room was fairly easy to clean, George vacuumed the floor and the couch, and dusted off the book/décor shelf. "Easy peasy, lemon squeezy." George laughed at what he had just said, he was smiling for once. It felt new to laugh and smile, his house was almost clean.
George walked up to his room with a garbage bag and a handful of paper towels. He started by washing his sheets and putting all of the un-needed things and trash into the bag. The books got organized on the shelf, his guitar returned to it's stand, shoes and clothes got cleaned and put away. His carpet got vacuumed and his housed was fully cleaned after 6 hours.
George had been so happy and focused on cleaning that he had forgotten to eat. He headed to his clean kitchen making some nice warm pasta and sitting on the couch to watch some Netflix. He really had been feeling better after cleaning, hopefully it could stay this way by Monday.
George went to bed at a reasonable time a lived an eventful weekend, but all weekends come to an end. Monday came in a flash after the productive weekend and George was waking up to a foggy Monday morning hoping it will go well without any breakdowns.
Note: LETS GOOOO!!!! I ACTUALLY DID A DOUBLE CHAPTER TODAY IM ALMOST AS HAPPY AS GEORGE IN THIS CHAPTER.
