Pic of Drew to side. Like the old bad boy look or the new look? I like the bad boy look.

Mike had called her in the morning asking her to come to his lawyer's office at two in the afternoon. He had got the papers ready and they had to sign them. She wondered if Mike had previous experience of dealing with arranged fiancee, since everything happened swiftly and orderly.

She assumed to spent the morning hours at the art gallery but her mind seemed yet unprepared to get involve in her activities. She hoped Sarah could manage one more day without her.

So she spent the morning doing the final touch ups of her new painting in her art room aka her 'heaven'. The room was quite large in fact the largest in the house. She had painted it light blue - her favourite. It had a counter and a huge cupboard in the left corner that occupied  brushes, paints, papers, canvas and other accessories while all her paintings were hung on the wall elegantly.

The room only had paintings that she drew and kept as her own without exposing to the world. She loved collecting paintings from all around. But all that were hung either in the display room or around the house including the living room.

She was currently working on a landscape painting. It was quite simple. A girl sitting beside a lake and staring at the horizon but her eyes held pain.

Painting was one thing that she always did irrespective of her emotions. Whether she was happy or sad, excited or scared, angry or tender- she painted; her emotions outpouring into her paintings.

Grabbing the acrylic paint and brush she started to work on the canvas painting. After finishing she took a long relaxing bath and got ready. She wore a cream sleeveless top with a light grey Cardigan and black jeans. She dried her hair before throwing it into a pony tail. She completed the look with a matching stud, some lip gloss and slipped on her leopard print ballet flats and headed to her car.

On arriving the office the receptionist led her to the visitor's room and she grabbed a magazine as she waited for Mike.

"Nora, have you been here for long?" Lenora looked up from her magazine to see Mike entering the visitor's room. She smiled at him.

"No Mike, only been for five minut-" her voice trailed off, her jaw dropped and the magazine almost fell out of her hand as she stared at the blond man following Mike.

It couldn't be him, right? It couldn't be the one she met yesterday. He looke- looked  wow!  What? Hm no what she meant was he looked different, yeah that is it- utterly, freakingly, devilishly, wowly- no no stop; just different, that is it.

Long gone was the bad boy look instead he stood there like the perfect gentleman Mike had promised. His blond locks were no longer dishevelled instead it was gelled and super curled in the front and neatly combed backwards. His overgrown stumble was now aptly trimmed. The black suit with the white shirt and those pair of black leather brogues made his nearly 5'11" frame all the more appealing.

Now her dad would undoubtedly believe her if she points to him stating 'dad meet my lovely fiancee'. No sarcasm intended.

"Got a camera? "

" Huh? "

" Take a picture. They say it lasts longer" he smirked at her swiping her out of her trance.

That did it. A makeover could only alter a person's physical trait not his attitude. He was still an annoying, cocky, conceited jerk that she has to endure  for a month.
