CHAPTER FOUR

Lucas's point of view

Ang atensyon ko ay nakatuon sa pagmamaneho ng kotse ko pero mayroong pagkakataon na tinitingnan ko si Mina. Hindi ko mapigilang bumuntong-hininga dahil sa ginawa kong sapilitan siyang isakay sa kotse ko. I know what I did is wrong but I can't lose this woman again. I want to make things right between us, even it's forcing her to come with me.

It's been a week that I don't have chance to see this woman but now she's besides me. I won't wasted this chance to be with her again. I told my assistant to cancel my schedules and have day-off those passing days because of Mina but the president wants me to go overseas for business matters. I need to come there that's why I have nothing to do but to leave the country. I sighed when I looked at Mina, she's still sleeping beside me until then I stopped my car when I finally got to this place that I haven't been back for a long time.

I quickly parked my car when I looked at this woman, she's still sleeping that's why I decided to left Mina in the car and go out first to see the place that hasn't been changed until now.

Isang buntong-hininga ang pinakawalan ko bago mapait na ngumiti dahil hindi ko akalain na babalik pa ako sa lugar na ito pagkatapos nang mga nangyari sa amin ni Lianna. This cafe is popular but it's not visited by many people since it's far from the city yet to those people who comes this place. They'd probably comeback here not the menu pairing on the coffee here but it's about this place. It's looks like a garden where the entire cafe is surrounded by flowers. Ito ang paboritong puntahan namin ni Lianna at siya rin ang nagdala sa akin dito. This café is the witness of our love story and I thought we'd love each other, she would love me forever but I couldn't believe it. Lianna would get tired of loving me as she decided to divorced to me. Mabilis kong iniwas ang tingin ko at inangat ang kamay ko para tignan ang oras sa relo ko nang tumingala ko pagkatapos kong mapansin ang pagbagsak ng tubig sa langit na halatang uulan ng malakas.

"Oh, damn it!" Ang tanging nasabi ko at nagdedesisyon nang bumalik sa kotse ko para puntahan si Mina pero nang makarating ako sa kotse wala na dito si Mina sa loob.

"Where the hell is she?" Ang tanging nasabi ko habang ramdam ko ang lito at inis sa loob ko, lalo na ang isipin ko kung saan siya pumunta.

"Oh, fuck! Mina where are you?!" I hissed again as I'm getting worried now because we're far from the city and this place we are now is not safe, especially she doesn't know this place.

It's secluded cafe which is 500 meters away before you get through the highway. Mabilis kong kinuha ang cellphone ko para tawagan si Mina pero isang malutong na mura ang lumabas ulit sa bibig ko dahil walang signal ang cellphone ko.

"Oh, fuck it!" Ang nasabi ko sa sobrang inis.

Bakit hindi ko naisip na pwedeng tumakas si Mina. I can't believe it, it's damn my fault that I left her alone in my car. I breathe heavily as I immediately come inside of this cafe maybe they can help me.

Mabilis akong pumasok sa loob May iilang tao pero kaagad akong dumeretso sa counter kung saan nakita ko ang isang babae doon na mukhang nagtatrabaho sa café na ito.

"Hello sir, welcome to our cafe!" This woman said as she saw me walking towards on the counter but I didn't listen to this woman.

I fucking immediately asked her about phone calls because I damn really need it right now. I need it to find where the hell is Mina because aside from I want her to stay with me, this place isn't safe. Alam kong hindi pa nakakalayo si Mina kaya kahit na anumang mangyari ay lahat gagawin ko upang makita lang siya.

"Miss do you have a cellphone here that used to make calls?" Mabilis na tanong ko sa babaeng ito pero hindi nya ako sinagot na halatang nagulat dahil sa reaksyon ko.
