This is one long ass chapter so uh, yeah.

Also, I changed a bit of how Bill's powers work. Like the whole mindscape thing just for the sake of the story.

3rd Person POV

"There is only one way to find out," Pacifica said.

Mabel nodded her head as she opened the journal. The girls were silent as they went through the book, soon arriving at the Bill Cipher page.

They all studied the pages carefully, trying to get as much information as possible. When they were done reading, Mabel closed the book and laid it besides her.

"...So, Bill really is a..." Candy couldn't believe what she just read.

"Demon, yeah seems like it," Pacifica finished her sentence.

"But this is just a random kids' book, why should we believe it?" Grenda pointed out.

"Well, it all kinda fits together. Sure, Bill is good at playing human, but he is also a bit too perfect," Mabel started passing back and forth in the room. "Though you are right Grenda, we will need more evidence than just this book."

Just as Mabel was about to open her mouth and explain further, Stan called from downstairs,

"Girls! It's getting late and your parents probably don't know where you are, you should head home!" He yelled.

"In a bit, grunkle Stan!" Mabel yelled back.

"Sorry, sweetie, I don't want worried parents on my ass. Especially yours, Northwest!" Stan yelled.

Mabel sighed and turned to the others. "He is right, it is getting kinda late."

"We will just meet up tomorrow, behind the warehouse, right?" Candy suggested.

They all nodded in agreement and stood up from the bed. Pacifica handed the journal she was holding on to and gave Mabel a peck on the lips, earning some giggles from Grenda and Candy.

Dipper was sleeping peacefully when he felt someone shake his shoulder. Not being able to just ignore it, Dipper opened his eyes slightly to see what was standing between him and sleep.

The first thing the brunette noticed was that it was dark outside, probably around midnight. The moonlight was shining through his window, lightening up the room so it didn't take Dipper long till his eyes got used to the dark.

He then saw three elves standing besides his bed.

"H-Huh? Is there something wrong?" Dipper said, rubbing his eyes to make himself wake up a bit.

"We have a problem, Dipper," The elf said.

That was all it took for Dipper to wake up completely and sit up in his bed.

"What? What problem exactly?" Dipper asked.

"We are afraid we have overlooked a very important detail and pattern in Mr. Cipher's routine," Another elf said.

"We have failed to notice Mr. Cipher goes to check in that room where we found the knife every two weeks, and we believe he is going to check if the knife is still there soon," The third elf finished.

Dipper's eyes widen as he realized not only did he need to kill Bill, but he also had a deadline. He took his pillow and slammed his head into it, giving out an annoyed groan. He really didn't need more people pressuring him.

"How much time do we have?" Dipper asked.

"Around five days, we think," One of the elves said.

"Okay, five days. That isn't too bad," Dipper tried calming himself. "Is that all you guys wanted to tell me?"
