Chapter 16

"Murdered?", HoSeok asked as he was surprised to hear it and he lets NamJoon to continue to share what happened.

"JungKook was the only person who could control my anger. He maybe my younger brother but he looks after me well. My parents died due to fishing incident and I looked after JungKook from then onwards. I made sure he studied well and do even better than me.", NamJoon said and he smiled as he remembered those days.

"He did well in school and he decided to get a license. And he studied hard for that until he finally got his license. I was happy for him. Proud too.... So he wanted to show me that he could drive.".

HoSeok tries to hold his tears back and held both of NamJoon's hand while he listened closely.

"He had the biggest smile ever when he showed me that he could drive but all that changed when I saw a car coming straight to his side with full speed.. I was about to alert him but the next thing I knew.. we were hit. The car flipped a few times and we ended up the other way around.", NamJoon cries for awhile as he remembers what happened.

"I broke my arm but I had to make sure JungKook was okay so I checked on him and he was covered in blood.. I used my strength to pull him out of the car and I saw the driver that hit us. He looks out of the window and saw us.. so I yelled at him to call for the ambulance but... he drove away. He fucking ran away!", NamJoon soon was getting angry as he slowly clenched his hands with HoSeok's hand as well.

"JungKook... he was getting pale and weak. He looks at me and told me... that I was the best brother he ever had.. and that was the last thing he said before he died. I knew at that moment, I had to find that driver and kill him myself. I lost control of my anger and whoever messed with me, will die. And that's what happened to those people.", NamJoon said and HoSeok was starting to understand what made NamJoon became a serial killer.

HoSeok sighed but he accepted what NamJoon shared and NamJoon turned to look at him.

"I've been trying to find him. That fucking driver. But I know he's around our area. Because of him, I lost my beloved brother. I was alone but.. then, you came into my life. And I knew that I had to protect you.", NamJoon said and HoSeok placed his hand on NamJoon's cheek.

"Maybe JungKook was the one that brought me to you? He would've knew that you shouldn't be alone.", HoSeok said with a smile and NamJoon chuckled a little as he agreed with that.

"I lost JungKook.. And that's why I can't lose you too, babe. You're just important just like how JungKook was to me.", NamJoon said and HoSeok kissed him on the cheeks.

"You're important to me too. Now, how about this? Let's find this driver together. Then, we'll get to give JungKook the peace he needed.", HoSeok suggested and NamJoon likes the idea already.

They wiped each other's tears away and walked back to the car with their hands held when NamJoon pulls HoSeok closer to him.

"Thank you for coming into my life, babe.", NamJoon said and he leans in as they start kissing each other before HoSeok smiled at him.

"How great it is to fall in love with a serial killer like you?", HoSeok said and NamJoon winked at him while they got in the car to drive to another place.

"Let's just have a good night instead. Just you and me. Together.", NamJoon said and HoSeok gets all excited while he agrees with NamJoon.

- Later -

NamJoon and HoSeok arrives at a small club while NamJoon went to grab drinks for the both of them.

HoSeok looks around and waited for NamJoon by a table until the music was starting to make him dance a little.

NamJoon came back with drinks in his hands and sees HoSeok dancing a little while he smiled.

"You seemed to like dancing.", NamJoon said and HoSeok got all shy while he drank his drink.

Soon, the DJ changed the song and HoSeok's favourite song came on while he wanted to go to the dancefloor.

"Come dance with me!", HoSeok said as he pulled NamJoon to the dancefloor with him.

NamJoon was not a good dancer but he stood infront of HoSeok until HoSeok starts dancing to the music.

NamJoon smiled the whole time as he watched HoSeok dance so well infront of him. "Babe, come on! Dance with me.", HoSeok called him out.

HoSeok had the smile on him as he danced infront of NamJoon while NamJoon was slowly moving closer to him.

Soon, NamJoon puts his arms around HoSeok and pulled him closer as their faces were closer to each other.

They start moving to the music as they started to smile at each other while NamJoon continue to put his arms around HoSeok.

"You surprised me, NamJoon.", HoSeok said and NamJoon leans down as he kissed HoSeok neck a few times before moving to his lips.

"Who says I can't dance?", NamJoon smirked and they danced even more until the music ended.

After a few hours, they decided to head home and HoSeok was so happy to spend with NamJoon.

"I wish this night wouldn't end..", HoSeok said and NamJoon smirked at him as he continued to drive the car.

"Who says it has to stop at dancefloor? Besides, we have the whole night to ourselves.", NamJoon said and winked at HoSeok.

When they arrived at their apartment, HoSeok puts his jacket on the table while he took his bottle of Sprite out to have a drink. 

Then, he felt someone's arms around him and he knew that it was NamJoon who was hugging him.

"What's the matter?", HoSeok asked and NamJoon chuckled as he brings HoSeok to the room without saying anything.

"I thought you said that you didn't want this night to end.", NamJoon said and he pulled HoSeok closer to him which made HoSeok sat on his lap.

"We'll start doing work tomorrow right? About finding the driver... that killed JungKook.", HoSeok said and NamJoon nods with a smile.

"Don't worry, we'll have the time. I just want you tonight.", NamJoon said and HoSeok smiled even more that they laid on the bed together.

NamJoon removes his top shirt and so did HoSeok while they smirked at each other.

"Now the real fun begins.".
