Clari's POV:
That night before we were about to head home with Diego Mehmet stopped me at the door who was happy the whole day after getting along with his wife again.
- Thank you! - he said - Without your help I wouldn't be where I am now with Kate... I'm really greatful and if you need any help from me call me anytime you need!
- It's really not necessary - I laughed - It was obvious that I'm gonna help a great friend like you.
- Thank you - he smiled as soon we went both went to our own ways home.
----- NEXT DAY -----
The next day Diego went to work, but before that we had a little conversation about my dad.
- Stop worrying so much - he smiled and kissed my forehead - Just go, meet him, calm him down and if it won't work then after he meets me he'll calm down.
- Okay... I hope so - I sighed - But please... Don't get upset if he's a jerk, or something...
- I won't. You know you can count on me.
- Yeah - I smiled and kissed him one more time on the lips softly before he left to work and a few hours later I went to get my father from the airport.
----- TIME SKIP -----
- My angel! - he said as he arrived and hugged me tightly.
- Dad! - I smiled as I hugged him back - I've missed you sooo much!!
- I've missed you too so much! How are you doing? Working hard?
- I asked a day off so I can be with you!
- You really shouldn't have to - he smiled.
- I had to!
- Fine, fine - he laughed - No one can argue with you, huh? Just as your mother.
- Yes! - I grinned - Now... How about you stay in our house while you're here?
- You mean yours and Diego's?
- Yes - I nodded.
- Alright. Atleast I can see him as soon as he's off of work - he groaned.
- Father... Please don't be so mean to him, okay? He a wonderful guy that takes care of both me and Joshua too.
- Joshua?
Oh, jeez... I forgot to tell him that I have a son.
- Yes. Joshua is our son - I said firmly - I know I didn't tell you about that, but...
- You indeed didn't... But it's fine as I didn't make any contact with you either - he sighed - And... How is he?
- He's the most wonderful boy I've ever seen - I said smiling.
- How about we get going? I want to see my grandson already! - he snapped rather playfully so we headed home to the house.
