Clari's POV:
When we arrived to our house we went straight upstairs to see my boy already excited to see us and so was my father.
- So cute... - he mumbled while I took Joshua out of the bed.
- Would you like to hold him? - I asked.
- Yeah... Yeah... - he replied and I carefully handed Joshua to him and as I was looking at them it made me smile and happy.
----- TIME SKIP -----
A few hours later my dad wanted to see Diego so we headed to the shooting to see him.
When we were there a scene with him, Nur and Tini was already going so we were just standing nearby, watching them, but it didn't take long for Diego to notice me and just stare at me.
Weird. Even though we have been together for years he sometimes still stares at me like the very first time in France.
He tried to get a hold of himself to finish the scene, but it barely could happen. Luckily there wasn't so much more before they took a break.
- CUT! - Martin shouted and Diego came up to us right away.
- You here? I thought you'll be out all day - he said as he kissed me on the cheek.
- Yeah, but father wanted to meet you as soon as possible - I replied as I stepped to the side so they can see each other more clearly.
- I see - he nodded then they shook hands and my father seemed to be pretty calm as they began to talk which made me really happy as I wanted them to get along.
Father hated when I was with Dominguez and now I can understand why, but now he seems to like Diego which is good.
----- TIME SKIP -----
Soon Diego had to go back to the scene...
- Well, it was nice meeting you, Sir - he said as they shook hands - We can talk later on today... Or maybe at dinner time then.
- Okay... We'll need to talk anyway - father replied - I still have some things I want to ask of you.
- Alright - Diego nodded then kissed me on the cheek - See you later, beautiful... - he smiled at me.
- See you - I smiled back and he headed to the scene while me and my father headed back home.
----- AT NIGHT -----
Diego's POV:
I arrived home pretty early so I had time before dinner.
I remembered that Clari's father still wants to talk to me so I decided to talk to him as soon as possible and clear everything out so he'll be satisfied. Hopefully.
- So Diego... I had something more in mind... - he began when I called him over in to my office - What happened exactly at the time when you and her broke up?
Oh great. I was guessing this is going to come sooner, or later.
- I was the one being stupid...
- I was guessing that since my daughter wouldn't cheat on someone she loves so much.
I sighed deeply then explained the situation we had there and how it ended up.
- Knowing her for years and still believeing someone else? That's pretty bad - he groaned.
- I know I was stupid and I deeply regret everything I did back then as I almost lost her forever. But now I'm living 100% for her and only her. So please... Trust me... I'll be her best husband she could ever have...
At this moment he began to smile.
- Yes, this is what I wanted to hear. I trust you so take a good care of my daughter.
- I will - I nodded and smiled and soon we headed back to the living room to join Clari and Joshua on the sofa then soon we ate dinner as well and went to our rooms and since Clari's father is staying with is for a few days Mirta has already got a room ready for him as well.
