Be mine

Part 6

It's the first lesson of the day as I am sitting in science staring at the clock, there was a knock at the door the teacher gets up from her desk to answer it, Miss carter is standing in the doorway with a girl to her left. The girl has dirty  blonde hair tied up into a bun with two bits of hair  tucked behind her ears "This is Chloe, a new student" Miss carter says as I am staring at Chloe she looks over at me and mouths what! I look back at my book. she comes and sits next to me and places her bag down "Hi, I'm Isabelle" I say trying to start a conversation its a bit awkward but I don't mind "hi" she rolls her eyes and looks me up and down "I am new too, I joined yesterday" she says nothing and the teacher hands her a book.

It's break now I find missy and Naz and tell them about Chloe, "what is wrong with her!" Naz says "I don't know, she seems off" I look over to her and she is talking to miss Keane  "why is she talking to her?" I ask "apparently she is her mum" Missy says I look over at Missy she has been really quiet "probably just rumours" Naz says the bell goes and we head to our next lessons. I look at my timetable and I have art this is the first time I have had art since I have been here, As I am walking to the lesson I see Haley and Razia standing by some lockers there is no doubt Missy has already told her I smile and continue walking I haven't spoken to Haley but she seems nice. 

I step into the classroom and the teacher is standing by the door, I walk in and ask where I should sit the teacher greets me with a smile and points to a chair "you can sit over there" I place my bag down by the chair and sit down. The lesson goes by pretty fast as I am focusing on my work the door opens and I see Jordan storm in he looks over at me confused as to why I am in here. I get back to my work he sits down by the other side of the classroom near the teachers desk, she walks up to him and says "what was that about" she points to the door and Jordan swings back on his chair he looks away "nothing" he mumbles.

The door is still open and miss carter appears she knocks on the door "can I have Isabelle please" she asks and looks over to me with a worried look on her face, I am confused and walk out the door  "Isabelle I would like to talk about his in my office" we are standing in the hallway and I walk behind her following her to her office I keep quite as I follow her in. "take a seat" I sit down on the chair facing her desk "Isabelle..." she sits down and stays silent for a moment "it's your dad" my heart drops "what" I ask in disbelieve "he has an unexpected heart attack" she sounds worried I look at the ground "where is he" I ask quietly Miss carter replies "he is in hospital"  

what is the deal with Chloe? What's wrong with Isabelle's dad? I will write another chapter tonight thanks for the support!   :)
