The sweet smell fills the room
As the children come rushing through
The bakery is filled with many memories
All in which we humans can't see

But nonetheless they are there
As reminders that we can share
The large sugary treat we'll take
The delicious piece of sweet called cake

Split into a couple of pieces
That are much better than Reese's
As we take a bite with a top of frosting
All the other children crossing
Will come to get a piece of the baker's cake

Take a rake and eat some cake
Just be careful for those stomach aches
Eat some steak before the cake
So we may all partake
In sharing this delicious cake
