Listen to the Silence

Silence breaks down
Quiet as the wind howls
The slightest sound breaks it
The everlasting silence fuels it

Silence

Silence is of the voices
Those who are shut out
Those who are looked down by society
And never get ti be heard out

Silence

What a wonderful thing
No one can bother me then
As I play with the air around me

Darkness

It wraps around me like a blanket
A blanket that I cannot get out of
Wrapped around me so tightly
Sometimes I can barely even breathe

Wisdom

Something we all truly need
But words of the wise and not just news
Not gossips but truths
Something that's true

Silence

Here we go again
It's the thing that keeps me sane
Yet at the same time it has me doing
The opposite reaction

Health

What is that
People say they actually know
But it might all just be a long lie
Passed down from generation to generation

They don't know what it's truly like
No they don't know at all
Maybe it's just a made up thing to play with people's minds

Silence

This is what people ruin but turn to when feeling down
Then they look at us for hogging it all to ourselves
We are they who they turn to
Those hiding in the dark
They take the silence with them
Some never returning

Darkness

Something people often think as bad
Well let me tell you something
There's good where there's bad
Vise versa is yet the same it's true
But darkness shines in the night
Takes the silence with them
Keeps it warm in it's embrace

The ones they look down on
The same ones they turn to
Ones who are part of the silence
They then start listening to it too
