I'm walking out with my head high and my purse and bag filled with money and smiling from ear to ear. Why am I smiling so hard? Because I had quit stripping. I told Ricky that tonight was my last night and luckily for me he didn't mind he knew sooner or later I would quit. See me and Ricky are like brothers and sisters and with us being so close and him and Ashley fucking from time to time back in the day the money we would give him for our cut was put up in a safe but knowing him he did take some.
On my way home I had stopped at the pharmacy store to pick up some girly things. As i was in line I felt someone stare me down so being myself I turned around and it was Anthony girl that he cheated on me with.
"Yes is there a problem" I asked
"Yes there is why is Anthony blowing up your phone" she asked
"You should be asking him that not me" I said looking at her
"I know you 2 bumped into each other at the mall, what was that about" she asked crossing her arms
"We just so happened to be in same place at the same time, you can't get mad over that. It's a small world so get over it"
"Look all I'm saying is to leave him alone he's mine" she said getting in my face
"You just have my sloppy seconds,how does it taste" I said walking away
I can't even get me something's without someone coming off on me the wrong way. I paid for my stuff and went to my car. I got in and drove to Darius place. I parked and went up to his door and walked in.
I saw him laid out on the floor with Travis playing with his toys. All I could do was smile to myself and look at the beautiful moment.
I put my stuff down and went over to them. And kissed them on their cheek.
"Hey baby" he said
"Hey bae, how did he act today"
"Good as always, how did it go with Ricky"
"It went good actually I didn't know it would go that well"
"That's good bae" he said pecking my lips
I laid back and looked at what I have in front of me. This is the life I wanted. A family, a real family. It feels really good to have one. I have both of boys with me and I know that Ashley is happy. I guess God did have something good in plan for me after all......
