Gwen's Rage

"What do you mean she's gone?!" Gwen screamed as she felt as if she's going to lose her mind. "This can't be happening again" she thought. "We went to a restaurant. We watched a private show, because I really wanted to treat her, but then she had to go to the bathroom. She never came back. Me and her bodyguard looked everywhere. We couldn't find her. I informed the authorities and even with their help, we still couldn't find her. I'm so sorry Gwen. This is all my fault" Taylor said timidly over the phone. "I knew that something like this was going to happen. You always were irresponsible Taylor. I was a fool to trust you with my daughter" Gwen said again. Taylor cringed at the evident hatred in Gwen's voice. "Well, what did I expect? I lost our only child on her first visit. If she ever finds out that I had anything to do with Caryn's disappearance she won't hesitate to throw me in jail. I really need to thread carefully" Taylor thought as he looked at the bodyguard who was sitting with his hair in his hands. Since he "noticed" that Caryn was gone and informed the bodyguard, everything has been chaotic. The people at the hotel assisted in looking for Caryn and informed the police. Taylor however knew that Caryn and Khalil were well on their way by then. He just hopes that Caryn smooths out everything with her mother eventually and never mentions his involvement in everything. "And tell that useless bodyguard that he can see for himself how he gets home, and he will receive no payment, since he failed to do his job" Gwen said again before hanging up. Taylor sighed again. "Well, buddy, we need to get you home. I'll pay you for looking after Caryn. The madam is well, a bit upset to say the least" Taylor spoke to the bodyguard. He just nodded as he went up to his room to pack his stuff.
