I was chatting with Fran and Cami at Fran's family restaurant.
C: He smiled at you!!!!
Cami squealed with excitement.
V: It's no big deal, it was just a smile. He so doesn't like me or anything!
C: You never know. He might find you really cute and interesting.
V: Interesting!
I raised an eyebrow at Camilla.
V:I'm totally the most boring person I know.
Cami : No, you're not! None of us are. Everyone knows that I'm the quirky one. Fran is the bubbly and intellectual one, and you're like the totally awesome, interesting,level-headed,kind-hearted glue that hold us all together.
I smiled at that when my phone started ringing.
V: Hello, glue speaking.
Cami giggled
L: Umm...Hi Vilu, or glue...
V: (giggling) Just forget that. HiLeon, what's up?
L: Nothing, I just wanted to talk. How are you?
V: I'm great! Umm...I'm with the girls now, we'll talk later, ok?
L: Yeah sure. Bye, have fun!
V: Bye
End of phone call
I noticed that Fran hadn't spoken for a while and was staring quite intently at me.
V: Fran, you Ok?
F: Huh? Yeah.
C: So Fran, what do you think of Vilu and Diego's little connection?
F: It's cool.
V: 1. It wasn't a connection Cami, and Fran aren't you happy he even noticed me?
F: Yeah it's great...it's just that...oh forget it.
V: Come on! Spill!
F: Seriously, it's nothing.
V: Okay...
We chatted for the rest of the day, laughing and just messing about.
I used a huge quote from Barbie Diaries in this chapter but tweaked it a little bit. It goes from "The most boring person" to the phone call. Just to make this clear...I AM NOT A BARBIE FAN...Just in case you thought I was. I just liked the storyline. So, what did you think?
