Chapter 8

Leon's POV (at last!)
Fran, Cami and I were at Vilu's house as she told us that Diego asked her to the dance, which, was starting in 5 hours. Fran and Cami were listening but I was heart-broken. I have had a crush on Vilu ever since we became friends in the first year of the Studio. Apart from Fran and Cami, I know her better than anyone else .I was going to ask her to the dance today but Diego Hernandez got in the way. I guess Vilu just thinks of me as a friend. She said she was going to go down to get us some drinks. I watched her as she walked away. Her curls bouncing on her shoulders, she looked perfect. I turned around to see Fran staring at me. Fran was smirking.

Fran's POV
As Violetta went down, I saw Leon staring at her with an weird expression in his eyes. Wait...is it love? Does Leon have a crush on Vilu? He turned around and I smirked at him.
"You like her" I blurted out
Cami and Leon looked at me weirdly
"Huh?" They said, Leon looking a bit nervous.
"You," I said looking at Leon,
"You like Vilu. And as more than friends" I said firmly.
Cami was lost in thought.
"W..what! Pfft no! I just like Vilu as a friend" Leon said nervously, suddenly finding the floor very interesting.
"Come on Leon, I just realized how you were looking at her. Admit it!" Cami said, agreeing with me.
"OK fine! I like Vilu, I always have!" Leon finally admitted. Me and Cami squealed.
"I knew it" I said happily.
"Wait...are you the one sending Vilu the secret admirer notes?" Cami asked suddenly. I looked at Leon sharply. He nodded.
We squealed again.
"But you guys can't tell her" Leon said quickly.
"But she needs to know because..." Cami began to say.
I cut her off "because she really wants to find out who her admirer is" I looked sharply at Cami.
"But if we don't tell her then you will have to Leon" I continued
He sighed "Fine! But it's coming from me" he said, giving in.
We nodded and squealed some more.
Suddenly Vilu came back up, carrying a tray.
"What are you guys squealing about?"
She asked. Leon and Cami looked at me . Ugh, why do I always have to make up excuses?
"Just, the fact that you're going with Diego to the dance!" I lied, looking apologetically at Leon.
She smiled at that and sat down.
"Why didn't you tell Leon the truth" Cami whispered to me.
"We promised Vilu to keep it a secret" I whispered back.
"But Leon should know that Vilu had a crush on him when they first met" she whispered back.
