Side Note:

.Matthew and Katie are twins, Matt born four minutes first.

.Katie goes as Pidge since she started playing baseball to get rid of her girly name and stop other's for teasing her for being a girl in a boys sports.

. Matt still wear glasses since he's got bad eyesight due to never having the Garrison pay for his laser surgery but he has sports goggles for when he's playing a game.

.Pidge signs a legal contact that proves she's willingly plays on the boys team while still being a girl and giving consent to play against males. (It's a fanfiction book, don't throw laws or rules at me)

. Academy Years; Your first year is when your thirteen-fourteen and your final year is when your nineteen-twenty years old.

(Most high schools end when your sixteen while private academies end at eighteen but Galra Academy is a private sports academy and trains you to go straight into being pro plays when you leave. You'll have offers waiting for you in your last year to join pro teams, meaning the academy plays against other private academy and collage teams)

.If someone has a prosthetic limb, there's a sport setting that stops them from using robotic strength within a game. (I've made this one up)

"You want us to babysit the new pups?" Matt asked with an unimpressed look, clearly thinking it was a mad idea to let him or anyone on the Lions baseball team to look after any rivals.

"It's either us three or someone else from Galra Acadmy and do know, if one of them do get harmed in anyway .. It will bring us trouble and we're already deep down in trouble thanks to Sendak little fun times" Lotor sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, glancing towards the rest of the baseball team with a troubled expression.

"But why us, why must WE be the ones to look after the new pups. We're with the baseball team, why not let another team have them?" Pidge asked with a curious look, the captain was clearly keeping a secret from them and she won't let herself be dragged along to something that might become a huge pain later.

"I can't tell you, not yet at least. It needs to be kept hushed and you'll both understand why I volunteered ourselves to care for the students" Lotor answered as he turned back to the twins who eyed him up and he knew he'll have to be careful with his words for the next week since they knew how to get answers when they wanted some.

"Fine, we'll be friendly and look after the pups. I guess it's only fair since they didn't ask for their school to be burnt down as well, me nor my sis was not much of the big boys when we first started here either. Can you at least tell us when they'll arrive, do we meet them at the gate or here" Matt asked, holding his baseball bat behind his neck and hooking his arms over it each end. Deciding to be the better person since he and his sister was easy prey during their first year in the academy due to not being complete cheating assholes with tons of money.

"Fine with me but neither of you were the lower dogs of this academy. You both hold true skills, something that most who stand on this academy grounds no longer hold. My father recruits those he'll be able to brainwashing into winning no matter the cause. He's only wishes for victory, as lost as it's a win, he's happy. He doesn't care over honour or pride, as long as we stand as victors .. we're the strong. I want to win from skill and skill along, to be proud over be the best, not by stepping over others just to stand as number one" Lotor frowned, turning to the twins who stared at him, they've grown much since the first day he met them but at the same time, they had not changed either. Zarkon words and wishes have never once reached them, they stood as themselves for all this time and he was proud to stand by them.
