Two weeks later
" And I was feeling Whitney,
me and my homies sip Houston
Cars and clothes,
thought I was winning
You knew I was losing "It was two in the morning when Rossi heard a knock on his door. He glanced up from his paperwork briefly, ignoring the sound as it was storming outside and he figured his garbage can tipped over in the wind. By the third knock he set down his scotch and walked towards his door, his hand resting on his sig.
David swung the door open quickly and watched in aw at how fast Noah caught it, he was more impressed that she used one hand. "Noah." He murmured, attempting to usher her in. But she walked into his house slowly, stumbling slightly. At first he thought she was drunk but then he noticed the blood on his door. He barely caught her as she fell down. She was surprisingly calm for a bleeding person. Calmer than he was.
"David focus." She begged, "Call an ambulance." Noah looked down for a moment then glanced back up at him, "And a cleaner, I got blood all over the rug." David listened to her, minus the cleaner of course as his second call was to the team.
Garcia first, his words simply being, "Patch me through to everyone."
And noting the worry in his voice the technical analysis didn't hesitate.
"David?" Aaron was the first to answer, confusion clear in his tone.
"Noah's bleeding out."
"On his rug." She shouts halfheartedly, pressing her hands against the knife wound.
"What happened?" Derek questions, fumbling to get his shirt on as he ran out of his room.
"I'm unsure."
Aaron grunts and everyone could hear his car door slam shut, "I'm on my way."
Everyone mutters something along the same lines, Derek and JJ opting to go check out her house.
"Hey Mr. Rossi." Noah mutters, starring up at him. He hums in reply, pressing his blazer against the wound in hopes to stop the bleeding, "I think I want that protection now."
David laughs lightly, "What gave you that idea?" He questions sarcastically.
"I–" Noah coughs, her eyes fluttering.
"Come on Noah, stay with me."
"I'm awake." She mutters, gripping his arm, "I'm up."
"No you're not, keep your eyes open."
"Don't worry about it. I'm just–" David's door slams open and he was mildly disappointed that Aaron beat the ambulance to his house. He wasn't that shocked though.
"Noah, come, keep your eyes open."
"Mr. Hotchner."
Aaron shakes his head, taking over for David so he could feel like he was doing something, "I thought we were past formalities Noah." She smiles lightly but it dropped as soon as it came, "WHERE ARE THE PARAMEDICS?!" He exclaims when he notices Noah wasn't opening her eyes.
