"He fell asleep." Noah mumbles, smiling at the agent in front of her. Derek had just gotten there but Jack had fallen asleep on Noah's shoulder well they waited.

Derek smiled gently back, "Do you mind telling me why I have to pick him up, not that I mind, I just don't prefer picking up my boss's son without telling him."

Noah nods, "Genesis, what do you know about her?"

Derek grimaces, "She's Hotch's fiancé." his words were sprinkled with slight distaste.

Licking her lips, she glances down at Jack then back at Derek. The profiler in the agent registered the question and look faster but when it hit Derek he turned stoic. Noah noted this was a profiler thing that rubbed off onto the child that was asleep on her shoulder.

Derek leaned against the desk behind him, "She hits him." it wasn't a question but Noah nodded anyway.

"I need you to take him so I can call Mr. Hotchner and talk to him about this, although I don't believe Jack being here well we talk is the smart thing to do."

Derek nods, "Ya, you're right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention."

Noah shakes her head, "My students are practically my kids I can't sit back and watch him show up with a new bruise almost everyday."

Derek grunts, crouching down, "Jack buddy," he murmurs, laying an arm on the kids shoulder.

The kid jumps awake with a slight flinch that made Noah want to cry. He didn't deserve this.

Derek picks up the kid even though he was way over the size to be carried and thanked Noah once again before exiting the classroom. Noah stood up slowly, blowing out a breath of relief. He'd be okay now. Right?

Pulling out her phone she walks behind her desk, pulling up PowerSchool on her computer. Typing in Jack's first name she clicks on his contact information. Copying the information into her phone Noah dials Aaron's number. The phone rings and rings before Noah get's a voicemail message.

Grunting, she masks her emotions quickly, if she was stressed out he would know and she didn't want that. Once the beep sounds, Noah speaks clearly.

"Mr. Hotchner, this is Noah, Jack's teacher. If you could please come in for a parent teacher conference as soon as possible today, we need to discuss some worries I have with Jack."

Aaron listened to the voice mail, twice now, barely catching the nervousness in the teachers voice. Noah had known about his job but she never tried to hide any of her behavior from him before.

Whatever his sons teacher wanted to speak to him about wasn't going to be good. That worried him. Standing up his desk, he places some files in his briefcase before closing his blinds exiting his office. Ignoring his agents eyes he walks towards Rossi's office he knocks on Rossi's door he entering without an response, "I need to meet with Jack's teacher, do you know where Morgan is?" he questions. It seemed serious and Derek was Jack's favorite so he was hoping he could pick him up well he talked to his teacher.

Rossi looks up at him, he knew what this was about and was positive that Aaron wasn't aware what that call was for yet, "He went to pick up Jack." David informs him.

Aaron furrows his eyebrows, "Do you know what this is about?"

"Yes."

"Is it bad?"

David stays silent and Aaron get's the message. It was. Exiting his office, Aaron's thought swarm with worry. He was in his car in seconds and at the school in 7 minutes which was as fast as he could. Speed walking towards his son's teacher's classroom he enters without knocking. Noah was sitting at her desk typing on her computer. "Jenna I need you to send in Rudy after Jack's dad leaves I have an inkling-" when she looks up, she shuts her laptop standing up.

"Mr. Hotchner."

"Ms. Calvino." motioning the agent to sit, Noah gracefully seats herself back into her chair.

He stares at her stoically, "What is this about Ms. Calvino?"

Noah motions for him to sit again, "You are going to want to sit down Mr. Hotchner."

"Ms. Calvino-"

"Aaron." her voice was stern and he sat only because that was the first time she had called him by his first name.

He just stares at her, waiting for Noah to speak.

"Jack has been coming to school these past couple weeks with a lot of bruises, new ones almost every day."

Aaron nods, "Right, him and Rudy have been-"

Noah shakes her head, "No. His bruises have been coming from home."

Aaron glares at the school teacher slightly, "Are you saying I hit my kid?"

"I'm saying Jack is being abused and when I talked to him about it today he explained to me who it was."

"And that was?"

"Your fiancé."

The classrooms falls into silence. Aaron sat starring at Noah not knowing what to say. He stayed with that women thinking she was what was good for his son only for her to hurt his baby. It was his fault, he should have known, "How bad is it?" his voice was quite and unconfident which wasn't normal.

Noah bites her lip, "I don't know. I can only assume from the bruises that are visible but it doesn't look good." shaking her head, Noah's eyes trail to the Hulk lamp in the back of her class, "He flinched when Derek woke him up, almost as if he was expecting a beating."

Aaron looks at her, "I'm a horrible dad-"

"No. Don't do that to yourself. All you can do is go home and get that bitch out of your house before she causes more harm to Jack. Speaking of Jack I had Agent Morgan pick him up."

"I've never heard you cuss Ms. Calvino."

Noah smiles lightly, "My apologies Mr. Hotchner."

"We're back to last names, I thought I was Aaron."

"Only when you won't listen."

The classroom grows quiet once again.

Noah glances up at the Agent, "You should go home. Talk to Jack, he needs you right now."

Aaron nodded at her, "I know."
