A large white stone archway formed the entrance to the Owyn estate, a sprawling garden of trimmed hedges and exotic flora that spanned acres tended to by innumerable amounts of gardeners was what lined the long smooth stone path stretching out in the direction of an enormous mansion.

The small goblin girl Hestia let out a melancholy sigh bracing herself for another day of work after returning from a trip abroad.

The path was a walk far too bothersome for the stout young woman and her small legs, she took no pleasure in the multiple statues and elaborate bush designs sprinkling Owyn Garden either, too extra in her opinion.

In her absent minded strolling Hestia failed to notice the oncoming carriage barreling down the path with no regard for anyone in their way, her long studded knife-like ears perked up just in time to perceive the oncoming stallion's hooves beating against the earth with powerful gallops.

Hestia dove to the side of the road out of reflex narrowly escaping her own trampling landing face-down in the grass, the passing noble scoffed and snickered at her as she dirtied her clothing staining it green in the perfectly trimmed blades of emerald.

After dusting herself off, retrieving her unharmed glasses, and letting herself into the estate finishing her long daily trek, she was thoroughly done with this day, even before it had truly started Hestia was ready to return home.

Soldiering on Hestia quickly walked through the maze-like hallways of the manor she had devoted to memory, her small black shoes tapping against the marble floors In a fast-paced succession of clicks matching her pace.

Peeking from a large balcony she looked down upon the small segment of garden used for guests by the Owyns.

There she found the cruel noble who almost ended her life on the way in being tended to by butlers and maids chatting with the Owyns as if they were close family, Perhaps they were?

Hestia hadn't bothered to keep track of which guests were who at this point, they all looked the same, every human except for one...

She slowly shifted her gaze, browsing the garden in search of the horse riding trail, when her gaze arrived she found a young human man no older than 25 dressed in horse riding gear not exactly fitting of a noble yet fancier than her commoner skirt and tunic even before they were stained.

She looked upon his lengthy brown hair that framed his seemingly amused face.

"What are you doing?" The inquisitive male voice of another servant questioned "Nothing!!!" Hestia squeaked before darting down the hall and around the corner to her Maids' quarters to change.
