The list is as follows:

RULE #1: Don't eat while playing. We have an ant infestation.

RULE #5: If there are too many fruit flies crowding the kitchen, put a bowl with apple cider vinegar and dish soap on the counter.

RULE #6: If the telephone rings at any time during the day, answer it. No one is calling. They are only waking you up. 

RULE #7: If the telephone rings at night, answer it.

RULE #8: Do not turn on the sink faucet in the third-floor bathroom. It has a leak.

RULE #9: Do not enter the empty bedroom on the second floor. The exit has a habit of vanishing. Silly door.

RULE #10: If you're watching television and the sound cuts out suddenly, pick your feet up off the floor. They will try to grab them.

RULE #11: Answer the phone. Answer it.

RULE #12: If mother's art figures end up on the third floor, be careful. They may become self-aware.

RULE #13: Smell each room in the mornings.

RULE #14: Do not go underwater in the jacuzzi. They will drag you down.

RULE #15: Do not walk the length of the second-floor hallway between midnight and one am. Sometimes, it never ends.

RULE #16: If you find a door leading to the basement, ignore the compulsion to enter. We do not have a basement.

RULE #17: If you are sleeping in the study bed, do not move during the night. It is impolite to the player you are sharing it with.

RULE #18: The phone is ringing. Answer it.

RULE #19: If walking the grounds alone, how many people should be in the pictures you take? The answer should be one.

RULE #20: You are not always in control of your mind. 

RULE #21: Just because someone looks like one of you does not mean they are real. Trust no one, not even yourself. Your brain can conjure up anything you want it to.

RULE #23 Why are you still asleep? Answer the phone.

RULE #24: At times, the narrator may become unreliable. Please proceed with caution. You are narrating this story.

RULE #25: You may fall asleep alone and wake up alone. What happens in between is something you don't even know.
