"Ally, if you don't get ready fast-," my brother started before I could get up. His dull, grey eyes seemed to be duller today, even though a lot of people won't be able to tell.

"Yes, yes, I get it," I said, as I jumped out of bed as quickly as I could. I looked back to see that my brother had already left my room and my mother had already moved onto rummaging through my draws, no doubt trying to find the new robes that I had thrown in there a week back. It always amused me when my mother was angry at us for not doing something even though she ended up doing it herself. I wasn't the messiest person but I sure wasn't the cleanest. I turned to face my massive bathroom, entering with a smirk on my face. The bathroom consisted of white tiles all around but everything else was a deep shade of jet black.

As soon as I got out of the bathroom to continue to get ready I was met with the sight of my floor being covered in clothes, and in the center was my mother, hurriedly rushing to pack my trunk.

"Allison, you should have done this yesterday," my mother said, her voice irritated. I ignored her comment and headed to my closet which was unsurprisingly mostly empty, due to the fact that half of my clothes were on the floor. There wasn't much choice but I was still able to find a reasonably nice match to the new boots that I had got for my birthday. My mother had finally finished packing my trunk and was now cleaning up the mess of clothes on my floor with a flick of her wand.

"Thanks, mum," I sang as my mother continued to clean.

I grabbed my trunk, and my white snowy owl, Apollo. I headed out of my room, walking down the grand staircase to find my brother sitting in the main lounge with a book in his hands. My mother quickly rushed down the stairs, ushering us to hold her hand as we would be late to catch the train. Without a single warning, we swept into the air, spinning, and twisting.

When we finally landed on the ground, I was surrounded by an unfamiliar place, filled with many people coming in and out of trains. I looked down at my ticket to see it said "Platform 9 ¾." I looked around to find it but before I could take a closer look my mother took me by the hand and we rushed through...a wall?! I was utterly confused and I fell to the floor. When I looked up I saw that this time there was only one train, a long red one, labeled "The Hogwarts Express". I pulled myself up and dusted myself off. Draco had already come through, beaming at the large train. A large man the size of the train stood at one of many entrances into the Hogwarts Express. Our mother turned to face us and said:

"Okay, I have to leave you here now but go, board, the train before it leaves, and stay safe. I love you," she said before she apparated out of the train station to leave us standing in the middle of the station.

We walked slowly towards the train, observing the many people that were also at the train station, all witches and wizards giving their children kisses and hugs. As soon as we boarded the train we were hit with a wave of energy as everyone was bustling and hurrying to find an empty compartment. Draco and I looked at each other and tried to work our way through the crowd. We ended up finding an empty compartment and sat down. Draco immediately shut the door and started talking:

"Dad said we shouldn't talk to people like that. Peasants....," he said and smirked.

I was about to object but before I could, the compartment door opened, revealing two young boys, both wearing their messy school robes.

"Hi, I'm-," the first boy started but he was cut short when Draco interrupted and said,

"We know who you are, dimwit. You're the ¨famous¨ Harry Potter.¨ Doing air quotes when he said the word famous.

"You think you're so good, huh?," Draco asked in an annoyed voice.

"Draco-," I started.

"It's fine. Come on Ron, let's go," Harry said, a frown on his face.

I got up to follow but Draco pulled me down.

"You will not communicate with them at all," he said, "They are a disgrace to the Wizarding World."

"Yeah, whatever," I said in a sarcastic voice, leaning back in my seat, looking out the window and all the world beyond.
