REMEMBER THAT NIGHT

CHAPTER 9

The next day Mina woke up when she heard a noise down, Jackson is now yelling to a woman. Regardless of the looks she came down to find out.

Mina POV

"Jackson who are you talking to? and y'all loud" and i was so surprised to meet the guest it was Somi.

"Mina", it looks like it's going to come near me but Jackson grabbed Somi's arm.

"Don't ever come near my cousin witch", i heard Jackson said to Somi.

"And you Mina fix up first and then face your visitor", i just nods in agreement and went back upstairs but before everything i snuck in my parent's room because my child slept there last night. I caught they're  playing, my parents love to play with Heejin so i just let them go. I went back to my room and went to the bathroom to take a bath, when i saw my reflection in the mirror i almost laughed at my look, I looks like a complete mess, my hair is messy and my eyes are swollen from crying last night.

After my morning rituals i came down to face my guest.

"Mina what happen?" full of concern it's a question to me

"No I'm ok, what's brought you here by the way?", i was jokingly asking Somi to avoid her question, i wasn't ready to talk about whatever the reason is, cuz i cried the whole night.

"Well, I just want to visit you to catch up just like the old days" her response. I knew there was another reason so i convinced her.

"Ahhhhh, i know if you have something else to say just say it ".

She gave up but she didn't want to talk about whatever it is in my resthouse so i agreed to talk outside. Before leaving i told my parents and Jackson to go out with Somi.

"Are you crazy?, you're going out with that witch, bestfriend, bestfriend, bestfriend my face" Jackson said is full of sarcasm.

"It's okay, we're just going out, just like old times, you know when I saw you with her earlier, you guys could be a perfect couple". i joke with my cousin.

"We fit together?, perfect couple? Perfect couple my face, FYI she's not my type maybe you're just referring to me because you want Chaeyoung to be single".

He got me hit there,LMAO

"Fine, I'm leaving take good care of my baby Heejin, love you".

We went to the park where we often hang out when we were just in high school and there Somi told me her purpose. She will ask for a favor from me that has something to do with Chaeyoung. I can't blame her for being insensitive because she doesn't know what happened that night.

Somi said, she bribed Chaeyoung's secretary to condemn the actions of the man while at work, she also knew about the transfer of our investors to Chaeyoung's company.

"Seduce him, make him fall for you so you can take revenge on him for stealing your investors then you will break up with him that will be my time to come in the picture I will comfort him until he realizes that I am still the one he loves". Her suggestion to me.

I couldn't understand what bad spirits pushed me to agree to her plan. Is it for my own good or it is to help Somi? I doesn't even know why I'm agreed with Somi.

She just got home, She didn't even notice that Jackson was just there carrying her daughter so he just poked her.

"Ohhh,what the hell!!" You startled me.

"How's the journey of your bestfriend slash rival?"

"She still wants Chseyoung again and she's planning something".

"And you agreed?", i just nods as a yes.

"You want me to slap you?,  you're stupid, why did you agree huh?!,If I hear you crying again and getting drunk because of your stupidity, I'm going to go to that Chaeyoung and twist his neck".

"Let it be, I can do this for me and for my child, I will do everything, you are there to support me, right?"

"Be thankful that I am supporting when it comes to you, you are really a headache, that's why I don't want to have a girlfriend.",  he says that before hugging me and kissing me on my forehead.

I wished that Chaeyoung wasn't the only one I loved so that i could find a man like Jackson, A caring and loving man.
