REMEMBER THAT NIGHT

CHAPTER 23

Mina is back home in Manila, a few days after her arrival she decided to buy things for her baby.

Mina POV

When i entered the mall, i immediately looked for the store were clothes and things needed for babies are available. When i saw the store i was looking for, i immediately came in, one of the sales lady welcomed me.

"Good morning Ma'am, how may I help you?".

"I'm looking for clothes for newborn babies". I answered

"What gender Ma'am?", the saleslady asked.

I touched my belly and smiled

"A Boy".

"All right this way Ma'am".

I'm enjoying while buying things for my baby like clothes, pillows for babies, milk bottles, toys for boys etc.

Chaeyoung crossed my mind, what would be his reaction?, Would Chaeyoung be this happy if I took him to shopping.

While shopping I felt someone was staring at me, I looked for whoever it was, until I saw someone I never wanted to see.

Chaeyoung POV

I accompanied Yeji to the mall, my sister wanted to buy toys for my daughter so she included me because i knew better what baby Heejin's taste. I'm now pushing the stroller that Yeji bought.

"Yeji you are planning to spoil my daughter, you bought a lot, Heejin has many toys already I prefer books or just give her educational materials".

"Oppa please don't be killjoy, I love my niece more than you so".

Me and Yeji are now in the clothes section when my eyes capture a familiar pile of women, i stared at it closely until the woman faced me.

It was Mina but why does she have a big belly? I thought the baby she was carrying was fell off but why is she pregnant?.

Like me, Mina's expression is also surprised when she saw me and she has a stroller full of baby stuff. Because of the fear that Mina might run away again, I immediately gave my sister the stroller and hurriedly approached Mina.

she's about to hide but it's too late.

"Chae-Chaeyoung", Mina's stuttering words.

"And where do you think you're going?. Mina aren't you tired running away from me? And would you mind explaining that?", i asked and pointed the belly of Mina who is now big, I think her belly is about 7 to 8 months.

"Isn't it obvious I'm pregnant".

"I thought you were~", she didn't let me finish talking.

"I'm sorry I lied, get mad if you want but don't include our child Chaeyoung. I was shattered that time, and when I remember the reason why my baby is almost gone, I can't avoid getting angry with you and blaming you for everything", Mina said while crying.

"Shhhhh, don't cry this is not the right place to talk, I'm not angry let's pay for what you bought and next time we'll buy what's missing ok", i said calmly to her and helped her bring it to the cashier.

I helped Mina carry the groceries to her house. I doesn't want to be mad at her, what matters to me is I'll be with her again and now I'll listen whatever the reason is. I would do everything to win her back. I was given this chance and I won't waste it.
