hey guys heres another update! with the snow storms and stuff it was hard to have motivation to write but here it goes! also thank you so much for reading!

"Uh hey Tom..." y/n said. damn tom was good looking.
"So what house do you think you'll be sorted into?" Tom asked looking at y/n, trying to study her.
"Well, i dont know, i might be a ravenclaw..." Y/N says.
"Ah well i was hoping to be in slytherin, all of my family says id be good there..." He said "I also heard that all of the powerful people go to slytherin.." he added
y/n nodded. and she thought about the idea of having power, maybe she wanted to be in slytherin...
After the two of you finished getting fitted, the duo decided to go shopping together.
"We should go to olivanders..." Tom said and y/n immediately nodded.
"yeah okay..."
y/b followed tom since he seemed to know what he was doing. The two then walked into a shop. y/n then realized that she didnt know where pomona was, or the old man that cane into the robes store with this tom. but for a strange reason, y/n trusted tom.
"Ah hello are you wishing to get your wands?" Olivander asked and the two nodded.
"okay, so what you guys will do is just pick up a wand box and flick your wrists, if the wand belongs to you, you'll feel it..." He said. "the wand chooses the wizard"
y/n found a wand and took it out of the box and held it in her hand. she flicked her wrist and a light pink glow emitted from the wand, but y/n didnt feel anything, so she tried another one, a green flash came from that wand but again she felt nothing. then, she tried another one, it was the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen. she flicked her wrist and she felt a strong connection to the wand. and she knew it was hers. she tried to find tom, and he was holding a white wand with what looked like a bone at the handle of it.
"y/n did you find your wand?" he asked "i just found mine..." he said and looked at you.
"y-yeah i found it..." y/n said and smiled softy.
