As I went into the room, I saw Renjun, Chenle, Jaemin, Jisung, and Jungwoo in the room. But my eyes mainly focused on Jungwoo because, he didn't even glance over to me when I entered. He was spinning a pen that was on the desk with his fingers, as he didn't break eye contact with the it.
"Jungwoo hyung... Lia noona is here..."
Renjun said softly, Jungwoo stopped the pen from spinning, and then looked at me. I didn't know if the boys already told him, or if he found out by himself. I felt my heart pounding out of my chest due to how scared I was, until he spoke..
"They told me that you had something to say, I don't know if it's good, bad, or confusing...but by the way you've been standing there, I'm guessing that I should be worried..."
He said, Jungwoo sounded hurt, it felt as if I put i burden on him.
"I feel like it was one of the guys...they might've done something to you, and I wasn't there to defend or protect you from them...and I feel like I failed as a brother an-"
He continued before I stopped him mid sentence because it looked like he was about to cry.
"No no no, Jungwoo....it's not that, I promise you, it's not that. It's okay..."
I said, as I went up to him to caress his face and wipe his falling tears from his cheeks.
"Then what is it?"
Jungwoo said quietly, whilst tears just kept falling down... I looked at others, then I looked back at Jungwoo, I took a deep breathe and decided to tell them what had happened yesterday. From the stalling, the confession, the kiss, and to what happened at dinner to make me so upset to the point where I had to leave. Jungwoo sighed, as the others just sat there listening.
"Yuta hyung likes you...do you like him back?"
Jungwoo asked, I was taken aback cause I didn't know how to respond to that question. I don't like Yuta...right?...I didn't pull away from the kiss though...NO- no, don't think that. Don't think that. Don't. Think. THAT.
"Lia?..."
Jungwoo said, trying to regain back my attention.
"..No...I think..."
I replied.
"If you do, what are you gonna do?" - Jisung
"What will our parents say?" - Renjun
"You and Yuta hyung are cute together though." - Jaemin
"Guys stop it! You're making this situation worse by saying tha-"
Jungwoo said before I interrupted all of them.
