chapter one🌝

🚨🚨WARNING : ED🚨🚨

"KARL SHUT IT" you yelled.
Karl was streaming and wouldn't stop yelling and it was really frustrating. You were trying to study for a paper you had to write for your physics class that was due next week. This was a normal occurrence considering you lived with the idiot. He is a streamer, and you were in your last years of collage.
"SORRY Y/N" you heard him yell back.
you decided to just put in your earbuds and listen to some music while you study. There were papers and textbooks covering your desk.

After what felt like hours you started to wrap up your studies for the night. while you were cleaning up all the papers you heard a knock at your bedroom door. you knew it was Karl because you guys lived alone.
"come in" you said quietly
"hey y/n, i just finished streaming. sorry for all the yelling i guess i forgot you were studying" he said. it sounded sincere so you accepted his apology.
"its okay, i'm just real stressed and have a lot on my plate right now" which you did. you were juggling your final year of collage and a part time job. and on top of that you were a popular streamer and didn't want to let down your fans.
"fo you want to get some food? its getting pretty late and i know you have a hard time eating sometimes" he was now laying on the edge of your bed as you continued to clean. you looked at the watch on your wrist and noticed he was right. it was almost 11pm and you hadn't eaten yet today.
"uhm, sure" you said looking avoiding eye contact as you walked across your room. he could tell you were trying to avoid his gaze.
"wait, y/n have you eaten at all today?" he sounded concerned as he sat up.
"um no" you said. he stood up and walked over to you and grabbed one of your wrists gently and used his free hand to turn you towards him. you turned thinking nothing of it but he was closer than you thought. tears started welling up in your eyes as he looked at you. he wrapped his arms around you pulling you into a tight hug. you started to cry and collapsed into him. he was quite alot taller than you.

(time skip to when they get food cuz idk how to end situations like that🌝)

you were trying to eat but it was real hard for you, you were recovering from a serious ED and Karl knew that and always comforted you, and always tried to help you eat. he wasn't always successful but when he was it made him real happy.
"Karl i think i'm gonna pass out" you said to him as you started to get dizzy.

Karl pov:
"Karl i think i'm gonna pass out" y/n said, i looked up and saw her start to fall over. i frantically got up and caught her. she was out cold.
"y/n....Y/N" i started yelling her name but it was no help. I was sitting on the ground holding y/n in my arms, i had no idea what to do so i reached up to the table and got my phone and dialed 911

(another time skip to when the ambulance gets there cuz idk how 911 calls go🌝"

"has she been eating?" the emt asked me.
"no, she's trying to recover from an ED" i said to him, he asked a few more questions and soon enough we arrived to the hospital.
hours later she started to wake up.

y/n pov
you start to wake up and try and take in your surroundings, you were in a hospital room, you look over to see Karl sitting in a chair next to the bed you were on.
"whats going on?" you said, it caught him by surprise because he was looking at the floor.
"omg y/n your up i was so worried" he started "you passed out when we were eating and i didn't know what to do, you have been out for hours, they said we can leave when we are ready so just let me know, i went home and grabbed my car so we wouldn't have to walk" the worry in his eyes was concerning so i tired to reassure him,
"hey its okay i'm okay now" i started to stand but my legs couldn't hold me and i collapsed on top of him, he helped me stand and we gathered out things and walked out to his car.
he held onto my hand the whole way home and didn't let go once. when we got home he helped me up to his room because his bed was much better than mine and he wanted me to be comfy, it was very late and i fell asleep in almost an instant.

Karl pov
once we got back home she fell asleep in my bed, i couldn't help but admire her. i have been so in love with her for years and i don't know how she feels about me and it drives me crazy, i mean we live alone together you would think i would know how she feels. but i don't.
i climbed into my bed next to her because i wasn't about to go sleep on our shitty couch. she subconsciously wrapped her arm around me so i returned the act. we were actually cuddling right now and it is amazing. but this probably means nothing to her.
soon enough i feel asleep with y/n in my arms.
