12. Really?

Harry pov:
I sighed.
Again I lost a kid.
The girls seemed a bit upset too and they walked to me, I wrapped an arm around them.
Peter smiled.
"Great I'll get everything ready-"
"I didn't meant you." Caleb said and all of us looked at them in shock.
"I meant them." he said as he nodded towards me and the girls.
"But we're your family." Wendy said abd Caleb looked at her.
"You don't leave family behind, like you did. They're there for you when you need them the most. Family helps each other instead of pushing each other away. You might be my birth parents. But my actual dad, is standing right there." Caleb said and I smiled.
This time he called me his dad, for real.
"No. You're my damn son. Not the son of this garbage." Peter said and he glared at me.
"Who are you calling garbage?!" I said a bit offended.
"I'll get my son back, one way or another. We got the best lawyer in town." Wendy said.
"Good for you. He's my son. And I'm not planning on losing another family member. My wife gave her life to protect him, even one of my daughters did. That says enough of how much he means to our family." I said.
The Pan family left, including Cassy and I looked at Caleb.
"Are you okay?"
He smiled weakly.
"Yes, dad. I am."
The girls smiled, except Zoe.
"Are they going to take Caleb away from us?"
"No, I won't let that happen. I promise." I said and Lynn looked at me.
"And if you break that promise?" she asked.
"That won't happen-" I said but Cameb cut me off.
"He'll shave his head." Caleb said teasingly.
"Deal!" Chloe said and I rolled my eyes.
"No one is going to take Caleb away and no one is shaving my head."
Caleb looked at me.
"I'm not planning on leaving you guys either and I was just joking."

So yea, the Pan family actually meant the whole lawyer thing. But for real, he was registered in the orphan house and I adopted him. They shouldn't just be able to take him away... right?
Caleb and the girls seemed pretty worried about all this and I looked at them.
"I'll figure something out. Everything will be okay. I promise."
"You shouldn't make such a riskfull promise." Caleb said and I turned to him.
"Have I ever broke a promise?"
"You promised not to send me away and kicked me out after you thought I killed miss Jane." he said and I sighed.
"If I didn't lose my heart that would've never happend."
"Dad, they can't take Caleb away, he is our brother." Zoe said and I really wished Jane was there...
She always knew what to say...
"Hey- Bad timing... I'll come back later..." this guy said and Caleb looked at him.
"It's fine... What is it Zack?"
"I wanted to let you know that since one of the headnurses found out that you and Cassandra are twins, that I'm now assigned to you for the next 24 hours... After that you're allowed to go home." this Zack said and Caleb sighed.
"If I only knew which one..."
"Did something happen...?"
"I'll fill you in later..."
Chloe looked at Caleb.
"Is he your boyfriend?"
"Chloe-?!" Zoe and Lynn said.
"Wha-" Caleb said and Zack's cheeks turned bright red.
"Did I miss something?" I asked.
Caleb facepalmed himself.
"This is just the worst..."
"Yea... I'll go now..." Zack daid and the yhree girls started giggling.
"Oh-kay..." I muttered.

Caleb pov:
God that was so embarrassing...
How did the girls knew that I was into guys?!
I sighed.
"Can we please go back to the fact that my birth parents are still alive and are trying to get me back?" I said and my dad (yes I finally atarted to call mr. Hook my dad!) looked at me.
"They won't succeed. You've been living with us for more then two years. They can't just take you away." he said.

So a week later we were at court because Peter Pan and Wendy Darling started a lawsuit to get my back.
My dad seemed pretty worried and so did the girls.
I swallowed as the judge looked at me for a moment.
"We can keep this short. Caleb got into the orphan house because he parents were dead,but since they're not. He should've never been into the orphan house and neither should've mr. Hook adopted him. Caleb is going home with Peter Pan and Wendy Darling."
"Wait what!?" I said and my little sisters looked at me.
"You're joking, right?" My dad said.
"I'm sorry mr. Hook but you are no longer his legal guardian. Case closed."
"No! I don't want to go with them!" I yelled but two guys grabbed me and dragged me towards my birth parents.
"Hey leave the kid alone!" My dad said but a few guards held him back as I was dragged along to my 'actual' family...
