13. Leave me alone

Caleb pov:
So yea, that day really started great... Getting ripped away from the Hook family and being stuck in the Pan family...
I was sitting in my room, I didn't feel like talking and being around any of them.
I heared a knock on my door but I ignored it.
"Caleb...?" Cassy asked and I looked at her.
"I don't remember saying that you could come in..."
"You didn't say that I couldn't either."
"Touché."
I sighed and she sat down next to me on my bed.
"Are you okay?" she asked.
"This ain't my home."
"I know... Mom and dad went a bit too far."
"A bit?! The Hook family is my home. Not this place."
"Hey! I am your twin after all."
"True... And I'm glad that I found you back... I just..."
"Trust me. Mr. Hook cares about you, he'll figure something out..."
"No need. I already have an idea. But it takes time..."
Cassy gave me a quick hug before she went downstairs again.
I dropped myself on my bed and sighed...

So I think I fell asleep because I felt someone stroking my hair out of my face.
"Hey honey... You slept the whole day... I saved you something to eat..." Wendy said.
"It's fine... I'm not hungry..."
"But you haven't eaten all day..."
"I'm just not hungry."
"Here, for if you change your mind." Wendy said as she set a plate with food on my desk.
She left and I looked at it.
Yea... Not gonna happen.
I opened my window and threw it out.
I could've sneaked out but I knew that would've caused more trouble...

So the next day I had to go to school.
Peter Pan offered me a ride but I prefered to walk.
"But it's like 50 miles away...?" Peter said and I looked at him.
"So? From the house of the Hook family was 60 miles and I walked that in 30 minutes. So it's fine."
"Harry let you walk to school?"
"No- Not like that. He offered to give me a ride too but the first few days, I walked. Then I did take his offer of riding along with them... I just... I need to clear my head and walking is the best option." I exained.
"I could walk with you." Cassy said.
"I prefer not actually..." I said as I took my bag.
"But you haven't eaten anything yet-!" Wendy said but I already headed out.
I just wanted to be alone for now...

Harry pov:
So the girls haven't said anything since Caleb was taken away.
I gave them a ride to school and loomed at them.
"I'll figure something out, I promise." I said.
Chloe and Lynn walked to class and Zoe shrugged as she followed them.
I sighed.
There had to be something I could do?
Fairy godmother talked to the girls as they went inside and then she walked to me.
"Did they say anything?" I asked.
"Not a word... How are you holding up?"
"I'm worried about them. And about Caleb..."
"Speak about the devil." she said as she nodded towards Caleb who was walking to school.
He had his earphones in and he even wore a hoodie which covered his head...
I looked at him.
"Goblins..." I muttered.
Caleb had his hands in his pockets and he looked like he was living in a nightmare...
Fairy godmother looked at me.
"I'll keep an eye on him. I promise."
"And you'll keep me updated, right?"
"I promise. He made it pretty clear that you were his dad and no one else."
"Thank you fairy godmother."
"My daughter would've done the same." she said and I saw a tear in the corner of her eye.
"Zoe reminds me the most of Jane." I said and fairy godmother nodded in agreement.
"I have to get going. Good luck." Fairy godmother said before she walked inside.
I sighed.
"Yea... I'm going to need that..." I muttered as I left.

Zoe pov:
I missed Caleb a lot, just like Lynn and Chloe did...
Especially since we also already lost mom and Quinn... Now we had each other and dad...
Fairy godmother introduced us to our new teacher, Doug.
He seemed really boring...
"So all behave towards your new teacher. I'll be on my way to the senior class then. Goodlook 8th grade." Fairygodmother said and she left.
I looked at my sisters and they thought the exact same thing.
'This is going to be the worst period ever...'
We lost three people, we got a new insanely boring teacher and... we were feeling down because of the above...

During lunch, I saw Caleb sitting all by himself in the corner of the courtyard.
He had earphones in and wore this pretty dark hoodie... Looked like we were the only ones who were feeling down.
Part of me wanted to go to him but the other part told me to give him space...
Lynn and Chloe looked at me for a moment and they turned back to our food... All three of us threw it in the trash can, we weren't hungry... But if we returned home with our food our dad would've gotten worried and all that...
