Densi 11: Father-Daughter Dance

Hey guys! Okay sorry some of these will be a bit delayed wow I feel so bad uhhhh.....I've been having trouble focusing and stuff these last few days so ya okay....aha.....

Deeks POV

"Daddy! Hurry up! You don't want us to be late!" I hear my six-year-old daughter, Stefanie, calling from the other room. "Coming sweetie." I called back as I finished buttoning my shirt and then I walked to her room.

"You all ready?" I asked her. "Yup! Let's go daddy!" She smiles at me and takes my hand, pulling me after her all the way downstairs.

When we get to the bottom of the stairs, Kensi is waiting for us on the couch with our three-year-old daughter, Isabella, she smiles at Stefanie and I.

"Wow! You guys look great!" Kensi smiled and hugged both Stef and I. Bella babbles a bit and said we look good in her own little language.

"Okay, let's get going miss Stefanie, we don't wanna be late now, do we?" I smile softly. "No we don't! Let's go daddy! Bye mommy. Bye Bella." Stefanie smiled and then grabbed my hand and started pulling me towards the front door. "Bye Princess! Bye Bella!" I smiled and gave Kensi a quick kiss before being pulled away by an excited Stefanie.

Stef and I slipped our shoes on and then I picked her up in my arms and we went to the car. I buckled her in to the back seat in her car seat and then we're off. We drive until we get to Stefanie's elementary school. I park the car in a spot and then we go inside.

Stef holds my hand so she doesn't get lost. We walk all the way to the gym, where the dance is being held. When we enter the gym, Stef sees her best friend, Heather, with her dad so she runs over to them. The girls hug each other and Patrick, Heather's dad, and I shake hands. The girls start talking about something so Patrick and I talk too.

"So how've you been Marty?" Patrick asked me. "I'm good. How about you?" I replied. "Yeah, everything's good." He smiled. "How is Caitlin?" I asked, referring to his wife. "She's good. She's actually pregnant again and we're expecting another child in November." Patrick smiled. "That's amazing! Congratulations!" I smiled and shook his hand again. "Thank you! So how's Kensi doing?" Patrick asked me. "She's good. Now both girls are a bit older so it's easier to handle them." I laughed. "All very true." He smiled.

"Daddy! I wanna dance!" Stef said as she came running to me again. "Alright munchkin! Let's go dance!" I smile at her and then we say goodbye to Heather and Patrick.

Stef and I walk to the dance floor area and start dancing to the fast, upbeat song playing. I grabbed her arm and spun her around quickly as she giggled. After that song finished, a slow song came on.

We slow danced to the song together and at the end of the song, I placed a soft kiss on her foredhead. "I love you daddy!" She smiles and wraps her arms around my neck as I pick her up. "I love you too cutie!" I smile and kiss her head.

We dance for a while longer to some fast songs and some slow songs and then we ate some food.

When we finished dinner, we danced again and then Stef started getting sleepy so we decided we should probably get going. We found the couple if Stef's friends that we had talked to and said goodbye to them and their parents.

Once that was done, I picked Stefanie up in my arms and walked outside to the car. I buckled her into the car seat. "Ready to go miss Stef?" I smiled as I have her a kiss on the forehead. "Yup! Ready to go daddy!" She smiled. "Alright then." I smiled and closed the back door and made my way around the car to the drivers side.

On the drive home, Stef and I talked a bit but then she eventually fell asleep. Finally, I pulled the car into the driveway and then I got out and went around to get Stef. She sort of woke up when I took her out of the car seat, but she started to doze against my shoulder once I held her.

We made our way inside to find Kensi curled up with a blanket on the couch, watching a movie. She smiles as she gets up when we enter. "Hey." She smiles and kisses me on the lips and Stef on the head. "Hey Kensalina." I smile and kiss her back. "Hi mommy." Stef replies in a tired, muffled voice, because she is still leaning against me dozing off.

"Alright Stef, say goodnight to mommy." I smile. "Night mommy. Love you." Stef replies with a yawn. "Night baby girl. Sweet dreams." Kensi smiles back and kisses her head one more time before going to sit back on the couch as I go upstairs to tuck Stef into bed.

I help Stef change out of her fancy clothes and into her pjs and then get her into her bed. "Goodnight Princess." I smile and kiss her head as I tuck her in. "Night daddy. Love you." She smiles back. "Love you too baby." I smile and then shut the light off and go back downstairs to where Kensi is.

I walk over to the couch where she's sitting and watching a movie, just barely. "Hey Kens." I smile and kiss her. "Hey mister." She smiles back at me and I take a seat right beside her.

We talk for a bit and watch the rest of the movie. When the movie is over we both go upstairs and cuddle together in bed.

"Goodnight Marty." Kensi smiles at me. "Goodnight Kensi." I smile and kiss her softly before drifting off into a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Also....I'm leaving for vacation on Monday, March 9th and I'm going for 10 days so updates will be slow please DO NOT be upset with me! Thank you!!! :*

okie dokie.....it's like midnight here and imma go to sleep bc im hanging out with Jessica all weekend and this should be fun xD
